Great store for any home or farm needs. This isn't a neat clean little store like Target, it where you can buy feed for your animals, work boots, cloths, guns, home and garden items. It's a fun experience visiting here with the family to see the baby chickens, turkey and rabits. Not to mention you get free popcorn and coffee too.
This is a fun place to go, if for no other reason than to see the chicks and rabbits. The store could be cleaner, but they have a good selection, great staff, and free popcorn.
Love this store! Whether I'm looking for something from automotive or home & garden, I always find it and then some. Love the popcorn machine at the door! Cute clothes. Adorable holiday decorations. What's not to love!
When it first opened they were top notch, now they fall into the same groove other places fall into after so long, I wouldn't say taking things for granted, but kind of like letting yourself go in a marriage. If they really love me it won't matter how I look. Didn't really see any employees the other night, they might have been busy. 1 cashier in the whole store. Hopefully they will get back into things.
They have a decent selection of farm supplies. The prices are good. BUT I wind up not buying anything more than half the time because checkout is a nightmare. The register layout is terrible and it takes forever.
There is nothing good to say about their service/mechanic department! My father purchased an RK37. We asked when he purchased the tractor if they would travel to MS to service it! They said YES! They had a traveling mechanic. We called and called and CALLED over the past year for serving, oil change, possible alternator! Now I’ve been calling for another 2 weeks and still no return call! No one picks up! Excuse after excuse!!!! I’ve talked to Brian, Justin and now I’m going trying to reach someone named Zach! The tractor is cutting off after running 30 minutes. My Dad is almost 80 years old! This is more than ridiculous! I don’t have time to call every day holding 30 minutes or more for no answer, no return call! I suggest you do NOT buy a tractor from them IF you live, like we do, in an entirely different state! Buy a John Deere! I wish he had! UPDATE: 10/19/2022 I spoke today with their traveling mechanic. He is scheduled to be at my Dad’s house on 10/26/2022 to service/diagnose whatever is wrong with it! Thank you for responding. I’ll keep you, the public, updated on the status! I UPDATE: 11/1 the mechanic went to my Dad’s house and I could not be more pleased with him. I still don’t know his name. He was very personable and very understanding. He told my dad if he had any other problems, he’d come back! It’s nice to still have very kind people, professional, who keep there word. Also, he has a great since of humor!!! His name is Justin! Thank you! I appreciate you more than words could ever express!
1st time to visit. Huge store with most anything your looking for at a good price. Quality products and great service. Store so BIG did not have enough time to see it all. Maybe next visit
Customer service has fallen off the map at the Muscle Shoals store. I used to like going there but now this place is pretty much a joke. Staffed with incompetent employees if you can find one when you’re needing assistance. Website and physical inventory doesn’t match. Several employees told me “oh, you can’t go by what our website says”. I can’t believe they employ people that actually say that to their customers. I’m pretty much done with this unprofessionally run business!
Rual King is one of our families favorite stores. Not only to you get free popcorn and coffee, but you find everything you need there. We always check Rual King first before we go to another store because we know we will most likely find what we are looking for there. Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful.
Went to buy a rifle that was on sale. Manager instructed me to come back in two hours, that gun sales were in stopped till 4:45 pm. Return at that time was informed all the guns were sold how could that be if sales were stopped and they still had guns in stock. Bought guns and shop there a lot. But not no more. Go somewhere where al customer are treated equally. Bad way to conduct business.
