Impressive store! Easy access just a mile off Rt 53. Plenty of parking available. My first thought walking in the front door was how immense this location is compared to others! Very clean and well stocked. Employees were all smiling and personable. Definitely worth a visit!

Overall I really liked the store, it's just very disorganized. There is a lot of space, and some very empty space. Seemingly things are just shoved in holes with no real reason. Other isles look meticulously put away. It looks like the store manager cares stuff is out, just not always where it goes. Some areas associates care and other areas not so much.

Grab a free bag of freshly butter popcorn as you shop for pet/animal foods/ supplies. Buy a generator or a tractor. Or perhaps, some jeans and or some new boots, get a Carhartt coat.

I bought a youth 4wheeler from here for my daughter for Christmas 2021. Ran only a handful of times and the carb went out. The handlebars were also impossible to tighten. Took it to their shop to get it looked at. Now it's been a month and a half and they still have it and won't give a timeline on when it will be fixed. I asked for a manager and the employees refused saying that they couldn't tell me anything or help me either. I would give 0 stars if I could. Will not be purchasing anything else here or using their "mechanic"

Staff was friendly and helpful. Store was deceiving larger than I expected with a wide variety of items. Great prices on everything I saw and they even have discount bins with random handy items. Some items rang up different than prices that were posted but when provided with proof they changed them to the posted price without any hassle.

First time at this Rural King. This place is huge. Had some good sales. I found what I was looking for. We'll be back.
