Rural Wireless Network

If I could give them a half star I would. They never update anything when the service is down. Even when there is no bad weather, the service goes down for hours. I am hoping the new internet service VOLT gets installed soon.

It doesn't work half the time and I am sick of it ! Why should I pay for something that works half the time!

Do you need internet for school?? How about work? Do you need reliable service? Do you expect good customer service? THEN THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE. It makes me wonder if all the 5 stars on this actually have service or just know the people who run it.

This is probably the WORST internet service I came across they are unprofessional and I’m paying every month and not getting the full benefits from it. I wish I can I find some good service in my area. Because I am about to break this mess. Can’t watch a movie play games nothing it’s just out of order and they just basically guessing.

Awesome Service .... I have 2 accounts and have never had a mins trouble with the service. Never lost service during bad weather. Called office this AM with issue, spoke to a very helpful gentleman that was able to solve my wireless and billing issue with super light speed. Very happy with the outcome. Would recommend this company to friends and family. Very helpful and understanding.

For the past 2 months it goes out for hours every single day... why?
