Love the phone from here. But I live in Marmaduke. Between Paragould and Marmaduke is no service at all. A bad place to not have a working phone. I came to Verizon thinking it would have the best coverage, not by a long shot. Cricket is cheaper and has better coverage
Went in to trade in my phone for a new one. Have been getting a message from Verizon saying $1000 off New 23+. Went in and they couldn't do the offer only $800 or $515 off. When I asked the guy to call the Verizon people to figure out the issue he flat out refused. I told him he could call and help figure out the issue or I was walking out. He crossed his arms and said "sorry I can't do that". I would hate to have an issue and go in there to find they just refuse to do thier job. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Also called Verizon myself and they said the offer was valid and it was do able.
Visited the store today my son bought a phone the gentleman named William waited on him he was such a pleasure very kind patient and thorough l he made sure everything was set up ready to go right down to putting the screen protector he made our experience wonderful
Personally i wouldnt recommend, ‍ We had a disappointing experience, They completely disregarded the help/services, the customer service line said we'd get, and just wanted more money, Maybe verizon just isn't for us
I'm wanted to leave this review because of someone working at this location, William. Today I had my phone plan upgraded and my dad's phone stopped working. And while IT and customer service told us to either wait it out till my dads sim card reactivated or for him to buy another sim card. The man at the store William who did the upgrade. Made a phone call and after 10 minutes of waiting was able to get my dad's sim card reactivated. It was soooo nice to see that he took the time to do something about the issue instead of just telling us to leave my dad phone alone till it reactivated. My dad is in his 50s and I really did not want him going without a phone. So thanks again William. You were super helpful.
Stopped in at 10:10am. Two workers, one at computer, one working under a counter. I waited 5 minutes and asked if someone could help me. Guy at computer mumbled something through a mask that I couldn't understand but it clearly wasn't "How can I help you?" since he kept typing away. I waited another 5 minutes with no help and then walked out. Great customer service !!! Will be switching to different carrier.
My girlfriend and I recently switched to Verizon. We got on our own family plan. We both traded out iPhone 12 Pro Max in for the new iPhone 14 pro Max. The lady said we can get a free phone case and screen protector and charger/charging brick. We picked out our cases. She also said that our bill would come out that day we switched the middle of the month. A couple days later, we looked at our bill. We WERE charged for the case, screen protector, and the charger and charging brick. Also, our bill came out on the 6th, not the middle of the month. Now onto the service. Before Verizon, I had Cricket. I was paying $55 a month. I had excellent service, but it was spotty in some areas, like any other phone service, and I had decent service at work. When I switched to Verizon, I went from paying $55 a month to paying a whopping $140. I can’t even use my phone at work because I can’t get service. I literally can’t even send a text message. My job is literally in a city of 80,000+ people. I was getting better services with a branch of AT&T then I am with Verizon, for almost a third of the price. I am now trying to switch to Mint Mobile. It’s only $30 a month and uses T-Mobile towers. Anyway, I have to let Verizon send off my eSim. I can’t until my phone gets paid off my trade in for the iPhone 12 was $1000 so I have to pay 100 which is fine, but I went to pay it off and it says I owe $1,078. So I guess they just scammed me and stole my iPhone 12 Pro Max, a $1000 phone? This is why I don’t like big companies.
I'm entirely sure they post job openings for fun because they never call applicants back or maybe they are singling me out, who knows. I've applied for the third time on every "find a job website" that had a opening avaliable including their very own home page! I genuinely cared about this job and wanted it so much that I would have done anything they wanted me to do had they asked. I included a total of two portfolios to show my work, one last year and one this past time. These portfolios meant the world to me as I invested a great deal of time and money in to them so they would be as perfect as possible. Any yet I have gotten nothing in return. Not even a callback to setup an interview. What makes matters worse is that I have called once a week since my application was submitted. I get told they are currently working with a customer and will give me a call me back shortly. So I wait and I guess what, I NEVER get a call back. Personally, I find this to be as disrespectful as it can get. If you have memory issues, write a note or set a reminder because it's really and truly not that hard to contact someone and say that you have selected another candidate. What I can accept is that I may not be the perfect fit, what I cannot accept is their atrocious communication skills. I will not waste anymore of my time or money here, not even as a customer! I would rather drain $40 in my gas tank and drive to Jonesboro before walking into this establishment again. they are a disgrace.
I came in to pick up a curbside order and there was an issue with my purchase not being able to be invoiced out. William went above and beyond to figure out the problem and got my purchase taken care of. He stayed over to make sure my purchase was complete. I appreciate him very much. William was polite and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!
Experience was great! Tiffany helped get us a new phone the first day and was amazing! She was working by herself and handled the mad rush like a pro! Phone malfunction that night so we came in the next day and Hannah helped us solve the issue flawlessly! Two wonderful people and perfect customer service. Couldn’t ask for better specially with being out from out of town.
