I bought different kinds of chocolate candy, and all of them tasted terrible, like soap or cleaning supply. I ended up throwing them all out. Not going back..
Drove over an hour to come here for the first time with a friend and I am so happy I did, I’ve always loved russian candies/sweets ever since I first tried them and they had a big selection here to the point where I couldn’t make up my mind on what to get. The store was very organized and super clean, you can tell as soon as you walk in that the owners value presentation and everything is easy to find. I will definitely have to come back here again in the future and hopefully try some frozen/refrigerated stuff too It is definitely worth the trip if you don’t live locally!
Make sure to check expiration date. My husband just bought waffle cake, klukva in powder sugar and doshirak. Everything was expired
We discovered the Russian European Grocery with sheer delight. Of course, we had to sample a variety of their products, Lithuanian bread, cheese and bologna, sea vegetables, Jacobs coffee, and more. We 've gone back a second time to restock our supply of these delicious foods and get some Vienna wurst, a favorite of mine. Next time is going to be caviar. We'd love black but the red is very healthy. We wish the place great success so that we can shop here for a long time.
nice people but they sold me my favorite candy that was probably old because the day when i bought it i went home and opened one, coming to my surprise it was hard as a rock. i was very upset, especially how the new owners doubles the price of everything in the store.
