My husband and I needed to speak to an elder law attorney on behalf of my mother. We met with our attorney at the Office of the Russo Law Group. The attorney was easy to speak with and was able to advise us accordingly. Shortly thereafter, I began working with Case Manager, Joanna Perez. Joanna is very knowledgeable and answers my questions with patience, courtesy, and respect. My phone calls have always been returned promptly and my emails have always been answered. Joanna's reassuring words put me at ease, and she never fails to go above and beyond to provide excellent service. The rating I have given Russo Law Group is due in no small measure to Joanna Perez's support during a difficult time. Joanna thank you so much. My husband and I will need to update some of our own personal legal business and will be returning to the Russo Law Group, I can only hope Joanna will be our case manager moving forward.
My mother and I recently used Deanna Eble and her case manager Cathy Evans to help us with estate planning. These two ladies are simply the best. What a wonderful team. We had a thousand questions and they always took the time to answer them and put our minds at ease. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing estate planning.
This Law Firm has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I was nominated as the lead person to take care of my aging parents legal matters. Such as Community Medicaid for my mom, Asset protection program, and putting my parents assets into a trust, along with setting up POAs. We also needed to do some Will modifications. So I called Russo's Law Firm, and they put me in touch with their Associate Lawyer Diana. She has been a complete pleasure to work with, exceedingly knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, responds to emails and phone calls promptly and has been an overall Angel for my family & I. She is the type of person that has a great warm heart and I can tell she really cares about her clients. I have been treated with the upmost respect and I would not hesitate to engage her and her team with any future endeavors. Working with Kim Christian at Russo Law Group was truly a dream! My parents had been looking to draw up their Trusts and Estates plan for a number of years. I introduced them to two other lawyers at other firms prior to working with Kim, and in both instances my parents left those meetings feeling uncomfortable, confused and they simply did not connect with those attorneys at all - so the search continued to find someone who was the right fit for them and, most importantly, someone they felt like they trusted. Through a recommendation from a family friend who had worked with Kim on their estate plan, we then met with her, and my parents were thrilled to proceed immediately after our consultation. Kim has all the qualities that my parents wanted in their trust and estates lawyer - trustworthy, smart, strategic, patient, relatable, and able to communicate complex issues in a simple, easy to digest manner. My parents are both elderly and immigrants, and it takes a special sort of person to have the patience to work with them - and Kim is exactly that person. After numerous meetings and a lot of work on Kim and her team's part, my parents were beyond satisfied with Kim's work, timely communication, her honesty, reliability and the estate plan she had created for them. My parents and I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, recommend Kim and the team at Russo Law!! Kim is simply a rare gem of an attorney!!
I cannot say enough about Russo Law firm. They are literally the best law firm I have ever dealt with. They handled all of my needs, from elder care; wills, trusts…to handling the closing and purchasing of my homes. They were there throughout all of it; answering my many phone calls, taking care of things in an extremely timely fashion, and always calling me back within an hour of my message, if not sooner. Katie Ann Trotta, one of the lawyers at the firm, was extremely helpful. I really don’t think I could have gotten through everything without her help. When I wasn’t able to go pick up documents for the closing of my homes, Katie came to my house, in a snow storm, and brought me the documents I needed to sign. Then she delivered those documents to where they had to go. Any issues that arose, Katie was able to quickly troubleshoot. She really went above and beyond.
