Rustic Raw Flowers

Sign on door says they open at 9am Monday thru Saturday, I arrived at 10:15 am on Wednesday and they are closed, lights out no one here. No sign on door saying out for delivery or anything. Not good business practices.

I ordered a violet trio plant through Teleflora to send to my grandma who is sick and is located in an assisted living facility. I specifically wanted a plant because cut flowers die so quickly. This is the florist that delivered my arrangement since Teleflora contracts with area florists. They were a day late delivering my order and when delivered it was not a plant but instead a basket of cut flowers. Way cheaper than what I paid for. Additionally, the flowers were wilted. Photos are included. It was very, very sad that this arrangement was delivered to my grandma. I spent a lot of money for a nice plant to be delivered and this is what was delivered. Unacceptable. I have contacted Teleflora but felt like these photos should be shared related to the actual business who delivered this terrible arrangement.

I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for my Aunt’s birthday today and WOW!! What an outstanding job on the arrangement and the colors are so vibrant! My Aunt is thrilled. Highly Recommend Rustic Raw Flowers for any floral needs. :

Ordered online, when I went to pick them up. The nice lady was barely putting it together but I didn't mind waiting. They came out beautiful.
