The mission of Rusty Greer Baseball School is to have a positive impact on young people's lives through the game of baseball. With positive energy, strong work ethic and a good learning environment Rusty Greer Baseball School will help build a solid foundation of fundamental defensive baseball skills as well as positive self-esteem for each student both personally and athletically. In addition, a high emphasis will be placed on leadership and motivational skills, understanding how to overcome being afraid to fail and fears of embarrassment due to lack of performance.
