Founded in 1999, the RJLR publishes controversial and current articles relating law and religion. The RJLR recognizes that, as the world becomes figuratively smaller and secular constructs such as law become more complex, an understanding of the role of religion within this transformation has become more crucial than ever. The goal of the RJLR is to explore how law impacts different religions, and reciprocally, how various religions impact the law.
We are committed to increasing legal scholarship focusing on the intersection of these two dynamic aspects of the human tradition – law and religion.
