Ruth Motel

Very dirty, smells like stail cigarettes and will make your clothing smell very bad. No hospitality, again, very dirty, horrible beds. Cigarette burns in sheets and on surfaces. Horrible showering, black mold. In some rooms. Good location, good food near by.

Very clean environment and well worth the affordable rate. Rooms are super spacious and very clean. The owner was more then friendly and a great host as we needed parking for a bass boat and outside power. Located near multiple gas stations, dining, and ice cream parlors. I will use this place whenever he has a room for sure. Thanks Again, Ron

The room smelled heavily of smoke. Upon complaining about the smell of the smoke I asked for a refund and you charged me for an entire night even though I was out by 11:00 a.m. after staying one night you refunded me for the remaining 4 days that I paid for in advance but you charged me for an entire day for absolutely no reason because I asked for a refund because the room was so disgusting and heavily stunk of smoke that I cannot keep my child within the walls since he has severe allergies and I think that that is a scam and you're trying to get down on people and and honestly I'm all about giving second chances but that's just downright dirty.

Good people nice clean large room big shower very small toilet area very clean the bed is way to hard to sleep tossed and turned all night I would stay again if softer mattressRooms: 4/5

Currently staying here. Prices are good and the owners make you feel respected and at home. I know that I am I’m good hands whenever I come to Ruth motel.

Not bad of the rooms I've stayed. Just needs to be freshen from the cigarette smoke and slightly better cleaning of the bathrooms. Aside from this, not a bad place for a reasonable rate. Owners are very nice and welcoming.Rooms: 5/5

Never been there, never will. I've heard some nightmare stories about the owner and his wife. Harrison Township is a Beautiful City, Ruth Motel is an eye sore in our community. I live nearby and pass there multiple times a day. If you ever need a cop and you don't see one at the Fire station, drive to the Ruth Motel, you're likely to find one there. I wouldn't recommend this Motel to my worst enemy, that's pretty bad!!!

Horrible experience. The owner and his wife are scammers.he told me I payed 70 the first day and charged me for the key every day. When I pulled my receipt out he had nothing to say. When I asked for a weekly rate he claimed there wasn't any open which he later showed me the room.. The only thing he was trying to do is charge me more money for the room I was in. JOKE

Very quiet very nice motel would recommend it to anyone if you can't get into a good motel and you just want somewhere for the night very clean motelRooms: 4/5

The manager is garbage and that place is garbage horrible rooms there was blood all over the walls and toilet and shower curtain. Absolutely horrid. This place needs to be shut down.Rooms: 1/5
