I have been taking my son’s here for several years now and I haven’t had any problems. Nice staff. Great docs and PA’s. Appointment availability is good. I haven’t experienced any long wait times during our visits.
The office gave us an appointment of 3:30 and they call as at 2:45 asking us if we were on our way and stating we are 5 mins late. We explained to them that we have an appointment for 3:30 and not 2:30. But we can still be there in 5 mins. The lady at the desk- “Jessica” was EXTREMELY RUDE! This was a physical that needed to be done soon since we needed the paper work. 3 years of no physical and no follow up from this office! Every time we walk in this office the atmosphere is SO TENSE and the staff very very rude. The doctor - DESAI has NO IDEA what she’s doing.. she has given us wrong diagnosis twice in the past - we wouldn’t have found out had we not gotten a second opinion. We never moved since this is walking distance but will sure be soon so asap. They are Not worth. There was a time. Few years ago where they had a wait list and wouldn’t take new patients ; that’s when the quality of service was at its best! Now- URGH! Both DESAI and JESSICA need to go.
This office and staff/Dr Desai are the best pediatrician office one can ask for the kids. Always on time, answers the concerns very well, available for after hour help if need be and genuinely cares about the patients. office staff is very professional and organized. no crazy wait times unlike other group practices.
If you want to go to an un safe, ineffective, and overall rude environment, then this is the place to take your child to. My child was given a completely wrong shot upon a routine check up and Dr. Desai is the most rude and condescending doctor I've ever encountered. The whole atmosphere and vibe of this doctor's office is just simply negative. Dr. Becz who is the owner of this practice is clearly running a very unprofessional business. I highly recommend NOT sending your children here unless you want you to be treated poorly.
I am shocked by the poor reviews. I think this office is excellent! We actually switched over to this office as the pediatrician we had previously was awful. Rutherford Pediactics is excellent. The front desk and nursing staff is so friendly and helpful. The doctors are knowledgeable and approachable. My daughter is sometimes nervous going in but once the doctor comes in and interacts with her all her worries go away. You can tell everyone in this office loves kids. You can’t beat the office hours and I have never had a hard time making an appointment whether it was a well visit or a sick visit. The waiting room has never had more than one other family waiting and they always take us in for our scheduled time versus other doctor’s offices where you show up on time and have to wait. This office was recommended by a friend and we are so appreciative of how it has worked out for us. We recommend this office to all our friends.
We couldn’t have chosen a better pediatricians office for our son! The doctors are amazing and thorough, and the office staff is friendly and always courteous! I especially want to praise Dr O’Brien. She is always understanding and takes great care of our little guy. Since the first appointment, she has been flexible and always available for us! My wife and I absolutely love them for our child’s primary care.
I have been bringing my kids here for 6 years and lately I noticed the wait time gets longer even with an appointment that has been set for 2 months. We had an issue with a nurse practitioner giving us wrong information on a diagnosis for my son. I don't know what is going on lately but I hope things get better. Waiting 30 minutes or more is unacceptable. Our time is valuable as well.
This office is amazing! My son is seen by Dr. O’Brien and she is the sweetest! They’re super helpful and cordial. Fast service and zero waiting time. Everytime I call with a concern they help me out immediately. 100% recommend this place!
I have been going to see Dr. Becz and her team for over 10 years now; they are always accommodating to see my sick kids, Dr. Becz came in one time especially to see my child on her day off and that proves that she cares for her patients and treats us like family. I have never waited over 30 minutes and that says a lot in medicine now a days, when insurances count every dollar and physicians have to work twice as hard to earn a living. Highly recommend this practice.
Very slow service and ineffective support staff. long waiting time even with appointments, approx 40 mins more than your set time. Doc Grace, Mendez are great but the few support team appears have no training at all and therefore delays.
