Rutter's

I stopped by here for coffee. It's not a bad location overall. It's very convenient right off of the express way. And the coffee was in stock and good. No main complaints here, and it looked like most things were in stock. The line was a little long because there was only one cashier, but it went quickly. Overall, a decent location.

Ordered a ham n cheese on a biscuit instead of their croissant. Asked them to also add tomato because their computer didn't allow me to. Also got some hash browns. It was delicious! Way better then mcdonald's and for a better price! Thanks!

Came here for a late-night meal and regretted it. We got loaded burgers w all the works. The problem was they put WAY too much seasoning on our burgers and we couldn't even finish eating it at all . Such a disappointment.

RUDEEEEEEEEEEE YOUNGER LADY BEHIND FOOD COUNTER. She refused to give me my slushy because I was not given a receipt. I understand they are probably required to check the receipt due to the drinks having an age limit. However instead of assisting the nice younger gentlemen who rang me up get it. She gave me extremely dirty looks. After about 5 minutes went by, I snuck my hand under the plastic barrier and took my melted down drink. Pretty upset with the service from this miserable young lady. Also pretty upset with my not so frozen drink.

I used to like going to this Rutters ..... Food employees are horrible........ Parking lot has alot of drug transfer...... Sad.......used to be a really nice Rutters...

This how clean there bathroom are. How does a place like this with 9 employees that I counted neglect the restroom like this. So disgusted. Only reason they got 2 star cause at lease the cashier are friendly.

Stopped in on February 10 at 3:45 am and Restrooms were very dirty. Cigarettes on the floor and one in the sink . Toilet paper all over the floor as well. Not the most desirable for sure.

Only one handicap ramp, it's a big location i had to ride my knee scooter the whole ways around the middle of the super busy parking lot. When I entered i asked employer why only one and no signs posted to even inform you its literally at the other side of the store. Her response was because there's only one I don't know. Only giving 2 stars for cleanliness and super nice cashier very sweet, smiled and had great customer service. She even apologized and ask if I needed help. Also she'd inform manager of my unhappiness.

AMY was extremely pleasant and very helpful. It's nice to see employees who take pride in their work

Stopped there after work around 230am on 8-6-16 and waited for over 30 minutes for a croissant and a gravy cheese Fry and they could even get my order right they gave plain fries after that long of a wait. The one girl kept complaining that she wanted to go home n the other girl used the gravy never put more out so they had to make more all orders were in the red I probably won't stop there again ill go to sheetz where they know what they're doing
