Atmosphere was enjoyable. Food wasn't that good at all. Order rigatoni Alla vodka and what I got was red sauce which with flavorless with chunks of meat that was not in the description. We were only there for 45 minutes and throughout the entire meal the waiter staff kept trying to take our plates away while eating.
The food here is delicious but what really sets it apart is the incredible level of service they provide. The minute you walk in the door you get a warm welcome from the hostess. Ever member of the waitstaff is incredible including the bus staff and food runners.
Excellent Sunday Brunch! Normally I enjoy a Sunday Brunch buffet but if you are looking for a great sit down Sunday Brunch, you must try Ruvo! The brunch menu is varied and very unique- it has a mix of classic brunch dishes as well as some new takes on traditional delights. Each meal comes with a delicious Sunday Brunch drink or mock tail- every drink was fantastic, I highly recommend the mock tails! We had a great waitress who was both friendly and knowledgeable. Reservations are easy and brunch is from 11am until 3pm. Like many other reviews, the ambiance of Ruvo is something special. Normally my wife and I eat dinner at Ruvo and this was the first time we were there during the day- the ambiance is alive and well in the day time. We were a party of six and Ruvo was able to accommodate us comfortably. Next time you’re in the village on a Sunday, you must stop by!
A well curated menu and delicious experience from beginning to end. We left feeling satisfied without feeling like we ate too much. Both sauces I tried were very special!
This is a favorite place of mine, now with limited outdoor seating on a covered deck. My favorite dish here is their braised short ribs though they do have great fish here as well. The salmon dish I had last week was delicious and I've had their striped bass they had on their specials menu - also fantastic. Love their apps and desserts. Mixed drinks are quite good and I've had wine here and there which went well with our meal. Was not crazy about the sangria but overall have never had a bad experience here. Service - host/hostess and wait staff are very friendly and accommodating. You can either call to reserve a table or go on open table. I recommend reservations for dinner.
Good restaurant. Service was decent, quiet and efficient. Atmosphere was good as well for a Sunday lunch. Cocktail were not exceptional but good. We took 2 different one. Missing some flavor.. Food was okay as well. Chicken meatballs was okay. Pasta were cooked well. The flounder was really good with rice-farro mix. I recommend it. Nice place !
I came here for my birthday dinner, there were 4 adults plus my niece who orders off the adult menu, and 3 additional kids. Our waitress was fantastic, most of us did the price fix menu expecting it to be half portions however here the portions are huge. The food was incredible, the drinks were excellent. Would definitely recommend.
The best restaurant and experience. Their food was unbelievably delicious, kindest staff. I wanted to go back a second time in one day because it was that good. Baked clams were out of this world, shrimp with wild rice, delicious. Best chicken parm ever!!! Thank you!!!
Check out the pumpkin and colorful Halloween entrance. That's the first thing. Not that you eat Halloween decor, but it is rather inviting and it does make you smile Lots of effort went in to that for sure. Get the duck. This is THE BEST duck I've ever had. Enjoy!!
I went to this place for the first time about 2 weeks ago. I was excited because of the reviews. The atmosphere was so cool, nice seating to wait when you first arrive, seated very quickly on a Friday Evening at 5:30pm so for this I would give 5. Once seated the waitress took our drinks and food orders. Every single food order was incorrect. From the salad with dressing on the side for two people both salads drenched in dressing-so bad we couldn’t eat it, to the Rigatoni with meatballs meatballs were over cooked and red sauce was full sugar with no taste, linguini with clam sauce was fully the wrong order when my friend ordered Chicken Parmigiana it took an additional 10 minutes to bring the correct meal which was then eggplant-not chicken. We could not believe it, so he just had some of it anyway and it wasn’t bad but still not what he ordered. Maybe they have a new chef??? Maybe we just went on a busy night??? I feel like it was just bad luck. Vegetarian options: Plenty of veg options.
