I had George and Mark inspect my class A for a slide issue and reinforce the entry step. $160 charge. I agreed for them to move forward and get the pre-approval from my extended warranty company. He called me 2 weeks and asked for cash upfront, to "order the parts". red flag I contacted my warranty company to confirm they got the pre-approval process started, they said "NO!" red flag This was becoming uncomfortable to pay forward. I took my RV to another service center for the repair.

ALERT TO ALL RV OWNERS - DO NOT USE RV Doctor Mobile RV Repair Service, Jacksonville, FL On 11/28/22 an appointment was set for the technician to come out and look at my air condition unit on my camper trailer. They came out and I was charged $140 and received a receipt for them looking at it. I was told they were going to order the part to repair it and get back with me at a later time and return with the part to fix the unit. As of this date after calling, texting, and emailing NUMEROUS times no one has gotten back with me regarding the continuation of service. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS OR GIVE HIM MONEY. Called on a Friday on March 4. George came right out told us we needed to replace the board and thermostat for AC and part for the refrigerator. We gave him a check for $409 so he could purchase the parts told us he would call us Monday with information. Didn't hear from him. Called the following Monday, no answer. Sent a text and was told the part was due that afternoon, Monday March 14. Received a text and said be would be out by Tuesday at 2:00 3/29/22. No show. STOP... Don't use this thief. I called this company to fix a heating issue on my Winnebago and once he found the problem, I paid him to get the parts. Well, one month later no parts and no George. Owners name Take your business elsewhere. He's not worth it.Service: Electrical

I called for furnace issues. He tore my unit apart ,handed me the parts and said they were bad and he would order them the next day. He charged me 190.00. But my gut told me not to trust.And it was right on the money.He is a thief.

Very professional and extremely experienced. My AC unit was not cooling and I couldn't figure out why until I found George the rv doctor and now I will never have nobody but the rv doctor work on my rv repairs.Service: Air conditioning

Warning! Do not use this unreliable person. I would not even give him 1 star if it were an option. Finally stopped by after several broken promises for about 10 min. And charged me $90.00 to go get a part and we have not heard from him since. He is a dishonest.
