Excellent support and advice provided sourcing a new fitted carpet set for my van. They arrived today and excellent quality and a perfect fit. Prompt replies and a really helpful team. Many thanks
Can't thank James enough for sorting out our Xzent satnav. The Poole aftersales staff are always friendly and helpful. So glad we purchased our Benimar from the Poole branch.
With only 20 minutes notice Marquis came to our rescue to sort out a problem we had with our satellite dish. Very helpful and efficient - saved the day for us.
Popped in for a quick look about Met Martin, who was so helpful and easy to talk to about our future plans, fantastic knowledge and experience.....defo recommended if this is your first visit to motorhomes .
Marquis were absolutely amazing. They handled our insurance claim and a few other things and helped us out enormously. Particularly, Mathew, who kept us up to date as the work progressed. Also the really helpful and friendly receptionist Harriet. Thanks for all your help
The workshop staff are always very friendly and keen to please. I would like to particularly mention Rob who was able to source a hinge for my Majestic 285. The hinge had broken. In my opinion the workshop runs well under the management of Bill James Ballard and with staff such as Rob the team are an asset to Marquis Poole.
Thank You Marquis.......Very impressed with Harriet at the Service Centre, fitting us in at very short notice.... and Matt and his Team sorting everything out no hassle at all. Even the Wife was happy :- since I purchased the MH Terry and the Sales team have been nothing short of Brilliant! Marquis are at the top of their game for a reason. I recommend them to anyone
We were caught up it's creek without an oar. Literally...we had left our freshwater pump at home. Having hit on hard times...money wise just retired we couldn't afford a new one just for the duration of a two week holiday. A chap at the service centre said we could borrow one that they used for testing if we returned it after the holidays. Which we now have...and received a lovely email back. If there is a chance that this friendly helpful heart warming attitude pervades the whole team here in all transactions, noone can lose. A rarity. Thank you.
We had outstanding customer service from Marquis Leisure, and from James in the service department at Poole and Sharon at Preston in particular, who saved our holiday through their initiative and flexibility. In the middle of our holiday the Sargent touchscreen control panel failed, leaving us with no 12v for lighting, water etc. Catastrophic. We contacted Sharon at Marquis Leisure in Preston where we had purchased the motorhome, and she contacted the dealerships near where we were staying in the south-west to see if anyone could help. No dealership had a spare part on the shelf, but James at Poole offered to swap a touchscreen across from a vehicle on the forecourt. We drove across to Poole and he was as good as his word, and within an hour of arrival we were on our way again with the touchscreen replaced. We are so grateful for, and impressed at, this approach to customer service. Thank you!
I'm writing this on behalf of my sister in law as she is way to nice to complain while owning there motorhome . Thankfully they have sold it and not back to them as they could not be bothered to return their call . They purchased the motorhome a few years ago and has not even gone 1500 miles .. yes 1500 miles . They had it serviced by them every time but the rear camera failed , so they contacted them for them to have a look . Told them it needed a new camera and was out of warranty by 4 months . Being elderly they agreed to have it fixed at £700 which they said was cheap and let them have the camera at cost . Well all they did was replace the cable front to back which was all it needed . They never gave them any of the old parts back or the box the new stuff came in . Well I spoke to the manager after he left his phone number expressed my views but to no avail . So be warned great at taking your money but as far as any goodwill to customers that spend well over 40k with them zero help .
