Really disappointed with my recent experience with American Family and this agency. We had some hail damage to our roof, paperwork was submitted half a month ago, and there has been no communication about it after an estimate was sent from the contractor. I reached out yesterday and was told that they would be in touch shorly. This morning I got a bill stating that my car insurance has gone up $200 per pay period over the course of the past year. I reached out again regarding this and to follow up on the house claim. I was told I would be called right back, I waited about two hours to follow up again and the lady was no help and brushed me off saying that they were blanket rate increases and that she would transfer me to someone else regarding the house claim. I received a post card from this agency in the mail with a statement something along the lines of hoping my claim was resolved in an efficient manner, yet they are of no help. I have spent hours on the phone with this claim and not gotten any help from this agent. Needless to say, I will be changing insurance after this is all taken care of.
We are extremely happy with the entire staff at the Ryan Sherry agency. Ryan has always treated us with the utmost respect and worked to make sure we have always been taken care of completely. Beth went above and beyond to pull all of our policies together, change anything we needed changed, and answer all of our questions. We know we are in good hands and have complete faith and trust in the team. Thanks for making our insurance experience flawless.
We recently had a major loss, Ryan and the team at American Family have been great! The first question was is everyone ok and how are you doing? They truly care about their customers. We work mainly with Tyler at Ryan’s office and he is always very responsive and helpful when we have questions. If you are looking for an insurance agent I would recommend checking this team out.
I had hail damage to my roof and used the app to make a claim as the storm was happening. The adjuster arrived soon after and Ryan Sherry's office followed up with me to make sure I knew what was going on and make sure I was satisfied with my claim. It wasn't much later I added another driver to the family and soon after another car. They were able to walk me through what I needed and again was happy with what I needed to accomplish. The staff is the best. Shout out to Constance for keeping me current with policies too.
Constance is the greatest!!! I have full trust in this business to help me with all my insurance needs. I know that if I look hard enough there may be less costly options out there, but the service I get won't be the same. Everyone at Ryan Sherry's office will make sure your issues are taken cared of. I have had vehicles totaled out before and they make sure all the claims are taken cared of within a timely fashion. I have heard family members who have online insurance company policies and don't get quite the service. Nothing beats a Brick and Mortar company where you can go to for all your issues and concerns. Thank you, Ryan Sherry and associates for all that you do.
I have been with Ryan’s agency since Ryan started. The wonderful staff has been there for me through claims, youthful drivers, and all the updates to my home, and has checked my coverage throughout, making suggestions to offer me more coverage when needed, and to keep my premiums in check. I know I can meet to have my policies reviewed, and have any questions answered.  They are quick to respond, professional, and so nice.
Parent company AmFam was going to cancel my auto ins because my granddaughter who was listed as an occasional driver got a DUI. Ryan and Constance worked to get her off my policy and kept my ins valid with no increase in rates. They are awesome taking care of customers.
Ryan and his team are professional and dedicated to excellent customer service. I mostly discuss our needs with Tyler and he responds timely with the information I need. They make doing business with them convenient by in person or electronic transactions, whichever works best for your lifestyle. I follow them on Facebook as well for updates and useful information and tips.
Ryan Sherry office has always been there by my side. The most caring staff!!! I’ve been a loyal customer with American Family 26 years! I would recommend his insurance agency to anyone.
The staff at Ryan Sherry Agency have been especially efficient in setting up life insurance for my baby. With having a newborn at home, I didn't have a lot of time on my hands, but they made it quick and easy!
