If there was a way for me to give 0 stars, I would. By far the worst service I've probably ever had with a delivery company. We've ordered all new furniture from Pottery Barn. Why they use such a sub-par company to deliver their furniture is beyond me. Here are the main issues: They have no clue how to assemble furniture see photos below. Take my advice, assemble it yourself Lack of care and concern for your personal property see wall damage photos. The drivers seem to be trained to offload the furniture as fast as possible vs taking the time to make sure the customer is satisfied. Not showing up for appointments when scheduled. The worst is, if one of their employees makes a mistake aka damaging the walls, they have no problem sharing customers cell phones with that employee, so that employee can then be personally responsible to correct the issue.... Dead serious! I'm all for employee accountability, but you first need to ask the customer if they can share your personal information with that individual. I get it, no company is perfect, but this is borderline negligent. Ryder needs to spend more time training their employees on assembly and service.

Ryder is our go to. Amanda, Zachary and the whole Ryder team are amazing. They are accommodating, friendly and always go above and beyond for any of our rental needs. Thank you so much!

White glove service? Nope. I can’t believe Nordic track would allow such an ineffectual company to deliver and set up their products. I have a treadmill “delivered” in my garage because the team delivering it Monday couldn’t move it. They said they need a 3-4 person team. You would think they would know that before hand… I’ve had to call multiple times to try and get this moved out of my garage and set up. Indifferent office staff-rescheduled multiple times. Best chance it will get moved this weekend. So disappointing. Ryder SLC 0/10.

Without Tasha this place is a mess! This girls does miracles! 10 stars customer service and problem fixing abilities while everyone else dropped the ball. Thank you Tasha for saving our weekend!

If i could give ZERO stars, I would. Went there for service and attempted to use the lounge, shower and bathroom - DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY!!! I mean BAD. Place is filthy. Looks as if no one has ever cleaned this place. If the management cant even keep a clean bathroom/shower/lounge area for their guests, imagine the type of care/consideration/professionalism they will give to your vehicle repair/rental/maintenance. STAY away from this place... RYDER clean up your act!!! The professional drivers need to have a clean place to go to and your company is DEFINITELY NOT it!!!

They had me reschedule after I already scheduled a date and it was just a machine that was giving me dates so I had to call in and that's when I was told the truck was full so they had to reschedule, which is super inconvenient if I had to change my plans to make sure I was around for the first appointment. Update-The delivery guys were nice and called before arriving.

Amazing customer service they do a great job at doing whatever they can. The salesman Tyler was very professional and was happy to answer all my questions, even the silly ones. I rented a 16 footer and couldn't be happier. These are very well maintained and handled my cargo carpet with easy. WAY better then Uhaul. My company and I will continue to use Ryder trucks for all our shipping needs.

Service so bad it doesn’t even deserve a 1 star

Don’t trust the fuel station they got. Always check. Lesson learn
