Ryder Truck Rental and Leasing

Driver drove me off the road, honked at me 4 times, and flipped me off while driving in the middle of rochester.

Applied online inquiring about leasing. I got a call back from 585 area code last four digits of the phone #4238 stating that they were out of inventory on the particular truck I wanted to lease, that my best option was enterprise or u hual, 15yrs trucking i was looking to downsize with a valid usdot# and class a license and credit and that's my best option...I don't think so! I'll like to see what your competitors options are.

Ordered a mattress in November 2021; Ryder was a no call no show for 3 scheduled deliveries then lost my mattress. Cancelled the order, re ordered in February 2022, again no call no show twice. Very unprofessional when they answer the phone and just not a great experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I pulled into Ryder and stopped at the fuel island. After standing in the cold for a while a guy comes out and announced he's not a fuel jockey. I said that's okay I have a headlight out. He tells me they don't have any bulbs. Then he tells me that he doesn't have time for stupid stuff and it was going to be a 2 hour wait before they could get me in. I left.

Things don't always go right the first time and it takes real leadership to make things right. Ryder's commitment to its customer has made me a believer. Ben and Paul, thanks for your assistance. I look forward to working with both of you.

I work for a moving company and I must say Ryder is quite Better than U-Haul & by far better than Penske.

We needed a refrigerated truck in a short notice. Within a phone and an e-mail we had one secured in less than 24hrs. The staff there are friendly and helpful.

Our company leases tractors here. Service department is pretty good. Once in a while it may take a few days to get a part.
