Mike from quality medical group, Nicole is great very pleasant always happy goes the extra mile for us.

Use them with the company I work for. If there is a problem with the truck, I bring it in and they fix it pretty fast. Of course, I have had only minor issues.

I came in to this location to exchange a temporary tractor for a different one, which has a list of problems, most importantly it's extremely rough and the driver's seat tilts to the side and makes the truck extremely uncomfortable to drive. The lady I spoke to was nice and said they have a different truck and asked if I can drive a manual. I said I can. She said they will first have to check the truck I brought in. A mechanic came with me for a ride to see how it behaves. Afterwards the staff told me they cannot exchange the truck "because the truck I have is still DOT compliant". No matter how much I tried they still wouldn't do anything. Not good customer service.

Brian is awesome. I showed up right before they opened. He had someone take me right in and made it possible to stay on time for my load.

Worst place to get a lease on a rental they try to give me a tractor tire were cut, radiator was leaking, mirror left side Hood was missing. 1 antifreeze hose was patched up with another hose the front driver side bumper has two poles holding together the bumper one was cracked and was off the welding they use zip tie to tie them together. Not DOT possible.

Brian must’ve been having a bad morning, I did not feel welcome.
