The PA was very efficient, knowledgeable and sympathetic to my issues. She listened carefully to my comments and explained in great detail what she thought the issue was. I highly recommend Elizabeth Stassi for your needs.
The appointment was on time and efficiently completed. Dr. Butler and my two nurses were very friendly and communicated everything that was happening ahead of time. I even had a few laughs during the procedure. Highly recommended!
Totally would endorse Urology Associates and especially Ashley Conner. Was visited in the hospital and had an appointment shortly after returning home and was very impressed with the time Ashley took with each visit. Her casual and caring personality made me at ease with my visits. Could not be more pleased.
Appointment and talking to the doctor was fine. Dealing with "support staff" on the phone- worst I've ever experienced. I have simple questions, or want to get a message to my doctor. If you somehow actually get through past the mandatory waiting, and get to talk to someone, not the answering machine it automatically diverts you to after you hold 6+ minutes, not much happens. Calls aren't returned, messages aren't returned. Incredibly poor client service. Stopping my medication, canceling my appointment, not going back. Overall very unimpressed.
My appointment started on with little waiting. NP Conner was very pleasant to work with, kept our discussion on track to quickly arrive at a solution to move forward with my treatment needs. All staff demonstrated pleasant attitudes throughout the session.
Dr Auger great. Reassuring. Office staff nice and very efficient. Whole appointment from arrival to departure was less than 25 minutes.
Dr. Auger was thorough and asked lots of questions. He said my PSA number looks good and asked if I wanted another PSA .
This was a new physician my husband visited. From the moment we arrived we were treated exceptionally well to the lab tests and then to the visit with Dr. Paper master. First visit to this office. Receptionist was professional and printed out all the appropriate data from MyChart. I WASN'T handed a clipboard and a pen!!! Dr. Auger explained what was needed and was helpful and professional.
