Beware. Bait and Switch, Dishonest. I noticed after calling that the reviews are older and now I know why... I Called to take advantage of their "1st month free". "We don't have that anymore. It turns out, they haven't had it for a long time and yet they advertise it aggressively. Called to take advantage of the "Free Truck and Drive". "We don't have that anymore". Once again, they haven't had the truck and driver for a long time, and yet they are still advertising it. When ANY company uses Bait and Switch tactics to get business, I move on to an honest company.
This sotorage does not care about you valuables. We rented the 10×10 unit and Gina the manager there let 2 individuals into our unit that were not on the contract. They eneded taking everything. I have called and tried to come to an arrangement and all Ive got was a PO box to mail my complaint wich I did and never recieved a response they claim they cant give corporates phone number. I called Gina and explained the situation I cant file a police report either, Police said since they were let in by the storage I have to file law suit against the storage. The individuals were let in they didnt commit a crime. The storage is at fault. I was told someone would be reaching out to me and it's been 4 months and have not received any type of response or tried to help. We had things of sentimental value that we will never get back. My daughtes first riding compitition ribbons wish shes won first place which is hard to do. Her ridinging gear and so on. SOS storage does not care about your personal belongings. They will not take responsibility for their neglect and unethical and employees.
I love this place. I have my Mustang stored here and other stuff as well. The staff that helped me with my units were very friendly and made feel at home.

Love that they call with a monthly reminder when rents due. Life gets busy! & I appreciate it. Friendly staff.
Called these people about a security light they installed that lights up my home , must be 300 watts and not needed, i was nice when i called but the person who represents SOS was extremely rude, called the Torrance store in looking for a manager, they never returned the call......Dont understand why people have to be so RUDE.....no problem, going to make a page on my website and alert people not to do biz with rude people!!!
Great staff, great hours, and the units are well priced! I wish they had more locations.
They are respectfully. They give free popcorn and candy. They have a kids play area.
