I lived at Sabal Park back in 2019 and I had a great experience there! The leasing and maintenance staff are all so friendly, and the apartments are a great size and well maintained. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking to live in the Sabal Point area!

Our time here was brief but not for any short coming on their part. The complex felt safe and the amenities were varied and appreciated. The maintenance crew were timely and professional and contacted or followed up with you quickly if there was a real urgency. The apartment itself was spacious and inviting. Like many such complexes the furnishings appliances / cabinets were worn or showed signs of their repeated use; an odd pantry or laundry door came off its track a little too easily. Nothing that made us lament being there. We were fortunate and had great neighbors on all sides of us, and all with dogs that we couldn’t get enough of! For the brief time we were there, it was definitely enjoyable and would recommend others to check out.

We are very proud to call Sabal Park Apartments our home for almost three years.  The apartment is very spacious and energy-efficient.  The community is well maintained and quiet.  The members of the maintenance are courteous, responsive and knowledgeable.  We've never had a problem they couldn't solve in a timely manner.  Office staff professionals, Victoria and Anna, are the best!  We hope to be able to call Sabal Park Apartments our home for many years to come.

I have lived in the Sabal Park Apartments for almost a year and I love it! The staff is always helpful and they ensure that any of my needs related to my apartment are address immediately. Their property is well maintained, inside and outside. They also have great activities for the community to keep everyone engaged. The location is great too. I have everything I need within a short distance. They receive 5 stars across the board.

I honestly wish I never had to move. Had it not been for a job relocation, I would definitely still be there right next to my neighbor who has been there for going on 10 years. My surrounding neighbors have all been there at least 5 years or more and that says a lot about this community. The front office staff is great.Victoria and...I’m so sorry I can’t think of her name but they both were very, very helpful. The maintenance staff is second to none. They are in top of things promptly and quickly.  The apartment was clean on move in day. Which I can really appreciate because I just relocated to Jacksonville and my apartment here was jacked up. They could honestly learn a few things from Sabal Park. The floor plans are very spacious but I would have loved if the price was a little more reasonable. Other than that, no complaints what so ever. Well...the trees got on my nerves a little. My car would be covered in leaves everyday. Other than that, no other complaints. If you need a nice and quiet, clean place to live look no further than Sabal Park.

I have loved living in Sabal Park for 2 1/2 years.  My spacious apartment feels like a home.  The layout is well-planned with 9-foot ceilings, huge windows, fireplace, separate kitchen, oversized bathrooms, loads of storage, a walk-in master closet, and a huge wrap around patio overlooking greenery.  The complex is well-maintained and any need is addressed promptly.  During this Pandemic, staying home has not been difficult since my surroundings are pretty and peaceful.

I've been living here since September. The level of service and customer service from the community staff has always been A+ in my opinion. I had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they got resolved immediately.  Anna and Victoria from the leasing office are always super friendly and very receptive. Complex is quiet, safe and kept clean at all times. Overall, I'm very happy living here.

I’ve been living here for almost a year now, my roommate and I will definitely be here for a while. I love sabal park my patio is so spacious I’ve never seen another complex with a patio this big. All my neighbors are pretty chill and respectful and I enjoy using the little gym they have in our complex. It’s such a great and safe area.

Absolutely amazing! Large open floor plans and absolutely love the screened in porch. The leasing consultant Victoria was very attentive and made me feel at home right away. I have been to many leasing offices in my apartment search but this one by far is the most peaceful and welcoming with their friendly staff and clean grounds. The computers in the office make it so easy to get things done on the go as well as grab a coffee to get my day started. Couldn’t be happier.

I love living at Sabal Park Apartments! I've been here over 2 years and was amazed at how good the maintenance. They are helpful and service requests get done quickly. The were quick to get everything cleaned up after the hurricanes. I feel safe and have a great school district!
