"Providing neuropsychological/psychological evaluations, assessments, and counseling services to ages 4 and up. Insurance and/or private pay accepted. Our office is currently open to telehealth visits only. Our process begins with completing our paperwork, which is available outside of our office in Smyrna 24/7 or via an emailed link which can be obtained by emailing [email protected] or texting our office at 615-235-6992. We are available by phone, however, due to the small size of our office staff, you may have to leave a message that will be returned within 24-48 business hours. Please use email or text messaging whenever possible, as they will ensure a much quicker response time."

The "dr." I met with was rude, called me by my government name instead of what I prefer even after I told him both times. At both appointments with him, and seemed upset that i wasnt on camera "i cant see you" yeah that makes me uncomfortable, seemed annoyed that I was sitting in my car while at work. Felt the need to talk over me, didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. And felt the need to say that I'm depressed and don't find joy in my hobbies like your qualified to diagnose me after a twenty min conversation. Told me I was being hostile, and he had a witness in the room yeah like I care. Was very condescending! How about evaluating a person and sending them a copy of the findings BEFORE scheduling a follow-up so the patient/person can see what is being said and can be properly informed! Instead of a "white coat syndrome" guy talking in a way that isn't simple or clear.
No one here knows how to return a phone call I have filled out all the paperwork for any valve on one of my kids and I called back let them know the email was done I have been calling for 5 months now almost 6:00 no return call no nothing not very professional staffing I'm disgusted in how they're handling this case it's like nobody cares and that's the epitome of what's wrong in this country today they're adding insult to injury when their children out here who actually need help. I will be filing a complaint with the Tennessee psychiatric board and Licensing as well as filing with the United States and the Better Business Bureau
I'm pretty sure the entire field of psychology is a pseudoscience and all psychiatrists are frauds. This is just one more experience that confirms it. Also, is everyone in this state incompetent?
Sabin is the best, i love how they have telehealth option during this time with covid and other health concerns within the world. This makes things easy on me on bad days. Sabin is always there to help and make you feel comfortable with them. They are a great team and have helped me very much i hope the teleheath option can continue long term. Thanks Sabin for all you do!
On Wednesdays I talk to Ms. Gilmore and I totally recommend because she listens to what I have to say and has NEVER made me feel uncomfortable. She loves my animals and is nice to them to. I really like when we both talk like yoda and she helps me if I get stuck on my video games.
This was an absolute nightmare of an experience! I was told my co-pay would be $30 per session. When I contacted them to find out why I have not received an invoice they got back to me with an invoice of $323 for three sessions! They said they didn’t know who told me that would be my co-pay. The two appointments I had were 20 minutes, as my counselor was five minutes late to the appointment and had to leave five minutes early for her next appointment. 20 minute sessions adding up to $323. Horrific experience. Not to mention the counselor was completely inexperienced and offered no suggestions whatsoever!!!
We have tried to get a response from this facility for over 3 months. Noone seems to be available to answer the phone, we've left messages multiple times with no response. We got one returned call, they left a msg., we replied and have never heard back. I just found out they are not in our network which I'm glad to know because now we won't be trying to go to them any longer. Very frustrated and disappointed in their "customer service". I'm glad this wasn't a more serious need for us. I would have put no stars but it wouldn't let me.
just needed my diagnoses of ADHD confirmed to get onto medication. I have been diagnosed twice with ADHD in the past, but apparently I've been magically cured. This was a waste of my time, haven't even seen a bill yet to know if it was a waste of money. I am personally furious with them for their lack of thoroughness with their evaluations. They also did not seem to take into consideration that the medications I already take and how that my change my results.
I have never had a bad expierence with anybody in this office and I have been there at least once a week for almost 2 years. I get a call to verify and remind me of my appointments each week. If there is a cancellation, I am called again to reschedule. The front desk people are absolutely lovely and my counselor has helped me through a lot. I am happy everyday with choosing this facility and meeting and Jessica.
Was finally excited about finding help. Was told that they had a therapist that was a good choice to help me after I completed initial interview. Therapist canceled our first appointment. I had to cancel our next appointment due to working last minute overtime. I made the appointment on this past Monday. Therapist informed me she was just there to do a referral. I found the therapist to be very non professional. She needs to learn how to dress appropriately for an office environment. She is dealing with several teen age young men as well as other men. Patients do not need additional distractions. It is hard enough to share information. I did not receive any help and have over a month of suffering and find myself back at square one. Please choose a better provider. I do not understand how they could respond to my review before reviewing the specifics of my case.
