I study in a very quiet location. The adult part is located on the second floor, which reduces noise levels. It's little, but it's of high quality. It's close to a number of fantastic restaurants.
For me, a public library is a such a dear place. As long as there is one, I am happy. As far as the place is mall or big is just a personal feeling. I am very old fashion. There was not a public library when I grew up. All of my kids reading books were either borrow or bought by my parents. One children book could be read over handred of times. The books were wrapped in nice colourful papers to protect the original covers. Books in USA are so abundant. It is a treasure cove for kids and adults.
Love the library. Only problem here is people parking in the lot to pick up kids from school
I brought my grandson to do some school work after school and It was way to noisy to do any work. Especially after junior high got out. We won't come back
I love this library! It has a very cozy feel, and the staff there is always super helpful and friendly. I've been visiting this library for around 10 years already, and it has always been good to me. I hope this quaint library still stands for many more years to come.
Really tight parking. Small old building that really needs updating. Second level has access by stairs or small elevator that can accommodate a wheelchair but is tight. Carpet flooring is old and really needs replacing or at a minimum a deep cleaning. Understanding that this library branch will be moving to a larger location soon is the best thing to look forward to. Staff can be helpful.
It's been years since I've been in a library, but I was getting tire work done next door and popped in. They set me up with a new library card right away, and I started looking around. You can check out movies yes, real ones, not just educational stuff, audiobooks on CD, even comic book trade paperbacks and graphic novels. But that's just the physical stuff. Then there's many, many more options available digitally. Tons of e-books and audiobooks are available online for free. The staff there is helpful, kind, and patient. Highly recommended to anyone! They also have some social programs available, but I didn't look into them much yet, but worth checking out if you're looking for something to do.
Loved this library as it has lots of books, journals, movies and magazines. They have computers with internet on both floors. The kids section is on the ground floor and adult section is on first floor. For books the return date is after 21 days and for movies the due date is after 7 days.
It was noisy library turned into a playground for teenagers like few other Libraries. Once those kids are out of school do not go there. Those kids can be noisy, laughing and talking aloud. The Library in itself isn't bad. When those noisy kids aren't around, of course it is a wonderful and peaceful place to be. And so, my rating is based on the circumstantial noise made by those kids during that specific interval of time after school. The Library is well located, and has two 2 floors.
