Amazing experience here - the associate that helped measure my foot and pick out a pair of boots my first! was so helpful and knowledgeable. Loved shopping here and the atmosphere, the same employee knew we are from Denver and told us they’d be happy to answer any questions over the phone even after we leave Texas because they are passionate about boots. I left and came back to grab the boots because I fell in love with them - and one of them gave me a free bottle of boot conditioner!! Amazing place, and a must-go.

Great mid to high end selection of boots, hats, clothing and accessories. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that can make solid recommendations for your needs. AHC trained hat shapers make a huge difference that experts notice. Saddle Rags spends time and money to train their staff to make things right the first time. Only place we'll go.

Love this store... always so clean and there is always many workers on each shift so always someone to help you.. they communicate with there customers and just do a great job. There clothes /boots and ect that they sell are always great brands . It's my favorite western store to go shop at when in town.

They have a lot of cool stuff and great western wear, a little expensive but then again it's worth the price though!

We drove from Fort Worth to come here because they carry a bunch of Anderson Bean boots exclusive to their store. The staff was amazing! Turns out that I have been buying the wrong size boots for many years. Our sales person spent about 20 minutes helping me find the right size and taking into consideration the material of the boots as to how much they will stretch in the future. If you buy boots to last for years, Saddle Rags is the most knowledgeable and helpful place near DFW to purchase your boots

Great customer service. Kind, helpful and sweet associates! Went in looking for boots, was immediately greeted and offered assistance. Shown essentially what I was looking for and tried them on. They didn't have the boots in the colors I wanted in my size and was offered to have them ordered. Placed my order and left. A short while later I was called about the items currently being on back order, and again the next day when they had more news for me. Love this level of service!

Great people , great service, and the best choices of western wear you can find at great prices. If you have not been there then you are missing out.

My boyfriend and I went in to get him a new straw hat and Zane Drury helped us pick one out and shape it perfectly! He put lots of love, effort, and time into it and did exactly as we asked. Great customer service!
