Saddle Ranch Chop House is a destination restaurant where guests stay long after their plates have been cleared to enjoy a one-of-a-kind entertainment experience with friends and family.Our concept is “Rock Meets Western”, which comes to life in every aspect of the construction, décor and operation of these unique restaurants. The rustic, ranch-style buildings are constructed of wood and stone, and decorated with western props and memorabilia, merging the feel of an Aspen ski lodge with the style of an old Western saloon, complete with faux balconies and saloon girls."

I loved my experience at this Saddle Ranch, I come here for my nieces birthday every time! She loves the Cotton Candy Tower. I love the mixed plate with Cilantro Rice and fries, the fries are always fresh and the rice is very tasty. 2 mixed meats plate feed about 3 people along with kids meals that are available to order as well. The smoked sausage is my favorite too! I would recommend this place to anyone who’s a fan of BBQ. I believe that what I paid was worth what I got, I’ll be back soon!
Our Saturday night here started off terrible after being seated we waited for our waitress/ waiter for over 15 minutes then we were approached by Kat whom was ending her shift but made sure she helped us and looked for our waiter whom never acknowledged us I believe he was a gay mexican guy, clean cut. After awhile she just took our order and everything was great. Even after she was off the clock she still checked on us making sure we were satisfied, the experience ended up being amazing thanks to her and her humor. The 5 stars is for our waitress Kat, she was amazing and made our night/ experience even more special. Btw he still never even looked at us nor said a word. Kat you are the best girl, you are appreciated!
Really enjoyed our meal, excellent ribeye steak & garlic shrimp! Excellent drinks, cool atmosphere! Waitress was wonderful, sweet and took great care of us! Highly recommend this place!Food: 5/5
Sat at the bar for some drinks and appetizers before our movie. Wings, Brussel sprouts and salad... yum. Fast service and friendly staff. Can't go wrong there!

My bf and I came here for a late brunch. We reserved for 2:45pm and arrived around 2:50pm hoping to catch the 3pm deadline brunch menu. Finding parking was definitely a struggle around that time. I was going to give this restaurant 1 or 2 stars, but the tasty food boosted it up. Pro: We got seated right away. Con: Our waiter didn’t come to us until afyer 3pm. Pro: He was able to let us order from the brunch menu still even tho it was already past 3pm. Con: We waited for our food for 45 minutes this is what lowered my rating. They took so long with our food, and we were ready to just get the bill and go. The family next to us ordered after us but still got their food before us. When they finished eating, we were just getting our order to the table. Pro: Sure, our waiter kept checking up on us and letting us know that he's going to go check the status of our food. Con: Still, we were just there sitting ducks. Waiting. While everyone around us got their food orders. Pro: The food. Their biscuits and gravy are their specialty for a reason, and it did not disappoint. The biscuits were so buttery, so tasty! My bf got the breakfast burrito; it was okay. Good, but not as good as the biscuits and gravy. Their tator tots were seasoned well. The guac that came with my bf's burrito was good too. So, although the food itself was 5 stars, the overall experience was not.
It was a bit lonely since we got there during the night. But it work perfect for us as we had the option to seat indoor or outdoor at whatever table we wanted. We sat out doors they turn on the heating lamps for us. Food was delicious and let me say it is well worth it. They serve a lot and there were a lots of left overs but also empty plates. Good portions for your buck plus good flavor. Service was excellent our waitress was attentive and patience with my bro in law they didn't had much selection on beer drafts but offer several options for him. Plus she gave the kids a huge cotton candy. That was super nice of her.
Despite a moderately rude "welcome" by the three guys at the front on a Monday evening telling us that it was going to be last call in the kitchen in 15 minutes, we had a great experience. While they clearly didn't want to seat us and were hoping we'd leave we instead made our choices within 30 seconds of being handed our menus and then waited 10 minutes to be visited by our server. She was absolutely delightful and treated us very well. She was quick and efficient, got all of our allergy questions answered and we were out before closing time. Food was delicious, salads were fresh and huge and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
If you went to saddleranch and didn't get Becky as your server, you missed out. Vegetarian options: They have them! Dietary restrictions: Friendly. Parking: Pletny. Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly.
Last reservation is at 9:30 p.m. We had a 9:15 reservation which we had to push to 9:30. We were sat down and when the waitress came over the first thing she told us was the kitchen and bar were closing and we needed to get our order in right away annoying. So we order our food and a bottle of wine to share. The bartender comes over and tells us they can't serve us a bottle because they are closing and we would have to "chug it" but we can have a glass. We get our main course delivered before the salad. By the time I got to the steak it was cold. They also switched the cooking temperature of our steaks so we had to switch after we started eating them. Kids were going to share a kids meal since they were not hungry but we were were told the meal only had two chicken strips so we ordered two meals. The kids meals came back with 4/5 thin strips each and we could have easily ordered one, we left with one entire kids meal. Overall, food was good, would have been great if properly served,..but the service SUCKED.
