Do not recommend. I come to get car cleaned hoping they would clean it better then I thought I could cause I just got back from a beach trip . Could have save $30 and did it myself . Outside of my car still has stuff on it too . all the pictures I’m including says they clean and take care of . No y’all didn’t!
I stopped there today and got my car detailed for the first time in what seems like forever! I started noticing I wasn't getting to all the spots that need attention, only just vacuuming and an occasional wipe down. I commute from the north shore daily, so my car has seen it's fair share of mess. There's only so much that those automated car wash clean and you have to do half of it yourself! I felt after all the commuting the car does for me it surely deserves a "spa day." So I pulled up here and was greeted very quickly. I let the attendant know I was looking for a deep clean. He knew exactly what I was looking for, and directed me towards the back where they detail. I could tell when I stepped out the car I was dealing with professionals with the array of tools they have to clean with. When I got back to my car after it was finished it looked amazing! I hadn't seen this car look so good since I bought it! No exaggerating whatsoever, the seat, carpet, the cracks, everywhere,CLEAN!!!! It really does feel enjoyable to drive again! My issue was not with the wash it was the way Managment handled the damage that occurred to my vehicle. The air dryers at the end blew off my passenger side mirror and it broke. They put it back on and did not say a word to me. I noticed just before I pulled out of their parking lot. I went back and spoke with a manager about the issue. I was informed they would have to review the tapes and get back to me. Management reviewed the tapes and got back to me 5 days later. They said that my mirror was faulty due to the age of my vehicle and that it was flapping in the wind. It funny because I normally get my car washed 2-3 times a week and this has never been an issue. Even now that it’s back on but broken it’s not “flopping around”. It’s not even the cost because the replacement mirror is only $45. This was all about the principle of the matter.
The absolute audacity! I get in my car after paying for the full service safari wash. The console and doors have not been touched. My back seat was barely vacuumed. If that’s not bad enough, they have the nerve to leave a card in my car suggesting I come back for a full detail! What!? The interior of my car was not bad at all. I am meticulous and the little bit of dirt in the interior was driving me crazy, so I pulled in for a full service wash. When I got back in my car i immediately drove to the Autozone down the street and bought something to wipe down my console and doors. Thanks for $30 of nothing.Services: Vacuuming
I have been going to Safari every other week for several years and this past Friday 6/16/2023 was a horrible experience for me. 1st my truck was not cleaned like all my previous car washes. Secondly, I had a brush that belonged to my grandmother that was taken that was very sentimental for me. Then I noticed my Tom Ford perfume was gone. Normally I don’t leave anything in my vehicle but I never had anything to come up missing. I called today 6/20/2023 to speak to the supposedly manager and that was another horrible experience. As I tried to explain to him that my belongings were missing he said I’m going to look into it never asked me my name, number or the vehicle nor the time I was there. He was so eager to get off the phone very unconcerned. I asked him how was he going to check the video cameras without any of my information and he became irritate, rude and loud. After this I don’t believe I will do any business with Safari again. But on another note the Spanish guy that is usually helping the people in front is pleasantly helpful and have always been kind. Hopefully the owner do something about his rude manager.Services: Auto detailing
Safari car wash is not only an incredible place for what they do but they truly have a heart and a passion for being kind and caring. I recently got a new vehicle and they went above and beyond to take it from like new back to showroom clean! The attention to detail they provide is so good and for the price you cant beat it!Services: Auto detailing
For the price I paid $36, I was not really satisfied with the service. I did not have time to go back and ask them to clean the inside of my car again or I most certainly would have done so.
5/6/2023 friendly, efficient and quick! 11/21/2022 even when you pull up just as they should be closing they will let you in. Friendly employees. Be kind. You never know what someone else is going through. Updated portion: still friendly, efficient and quick. Great place. They will close at a moment's notice if rain is pending. They are almost always packed. But they are quick and very attentive to details. Every part is vacuumed, polished and touched. They are quick and thorough. They are a well oiled machine. The longest I've ever spent here is 40 minutes. Awesome!
They did an excellent job on my car. It was spotless when done! Only problem I had was that the fresh scent I chose was too strong. I had to leave the windows down to let some of the scent to escape.
My car was stolen last night but I was able to get it back. It was pretty trashed so I brought it to Safari for a much needed detailing. THEY DID IT FOR FREE! So much appreciated after the morning I had. THANK YOU GUYS!!!! Customer for life!
