Our experience with Safe Life staff has been excellent! Physical therapy team, Rojie and Darryl are phenomenal. They are skilled, thorough and most important, caring. Appointments are conveniently scheduled and everyone arrives on time. It's nice to be able to have blood work and nursing check at home too as getting out right now is difficult. Communication and follow-up is so appreciated. My husband's health and well being has soared with the help of the great staff. Its obvious everyone loves what they do and it is evident in their care and kindness. We are very grateful for their support and assistance. Number one for care!
This review is on behalf Soni Foley. My husband and I first connected with Safe Life when he was released from a rehab facility. The nurse that was assigned came to the house two days after my husband came home, to begin to set up home health, which included occupational and physical therapy. She read some of the reports from the rehab facility and was immediately concerned. She asked for the name of my husband's doctor and drove to the doctor's office to express her concern. I was advised by the doctor to then get him to the hospital the next day. The nurse was the person who alerted us that my husband was taking the wrong medicine, which could have killed him. We are forever indebted to this nurse from Safe Life. That began a year-long relationship with Safe Life where we had exceptional occupational and physical therapists and nursing care. Safe Life has always been available by phone to discuss any questions or concerns. They are extremely efficient in keeping appointments, whether it's once, twice or three times a week. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance, help and kindness for their loved ones.
We have had a wonderful experience with Safe Life. Our nurse B.J. has very patiently and competently bandaged my husband's legs. He has alerted us to symptoms that should get a doctor's attention and ordered the supplies and equipment that have made this time a little easier. We have a wonderful rapport with him. Our therapists were also very friendly and encouraging to the point where he was strong enough to be discharged from their services. We also received calls from the office checking to ensure we were getting the care we needed. We highly recommend Safe Life!
The therapists were all very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Robert. Violet, Inna and Debbie were a joy to work with. My nurse, James, was also the best. They explained a lot, and taught me a lot. I'd recommend Safe Life and those therapists and nurses any time.
Everyone I’ve had any interaction with from SAFE LIFE, is excellent. JAMES, my RN, is kind, knowledgeable, professional & efficient. KASHA, my PT expert, is very sweet, patient, informative & encouraging. EDY, my OT specialist, is caring, understanding, supportive & helpful. DREW is my pain free, first stick blood draw genius. Sweet, friendly & wonderfully efficient. CAYLA, my PT Coordinate Assistant, is very warm, sweet, interested in my care, helpful & supportive.
Everyone and Safe Life Home Care is very polite and professional and was communicating with our family in a very friendly way. Each Therapist and The nurse explained the complete process every step at a time as needed would absolutely recommend Safe Life Home Care in the future.
Recently I moved into a Senior Living Apartment and began receiving wound care treatments from Nurse BJ. His professional and thorough treatments are already providing beneficial results for my chronic malady! I especially appreciate his caring and friendly spirit! All aspects of his service are top-notch and highly recommended!

I have had nothing but good experiences with my home Healthcare services with Safe Life. My nurse DJ is one of the most caring and friendly people I have come across in all my times being sick and needing hospitalization or home health services! His concern for his patients is so real and supportive. You can tell that his heart is in the right place from them moment he walks in the door . He is very concerned about your situation and comfort. DJ went out of his way to help me find a new place to get my infusion services supplies from, and to make sure I am connected with the right physicians, who can work together with each other and me. He was concerned about an issue and gave me telephone numbers to follow-up with so I didn't feel so overwhelmed. He is also the fir nurse who really flowed the sterile procedure to the T!! I was so impressed, he doesn't try to cut corners. And he calls to make sure his visits are convient, or if he's in the area can he come by. I feel like he respects me as a person and my time. Thank you Safe Life for having such a caring person on your staff. D J makes being chronically I'll a easier pill to swallow just by being himself and loving his job. And it shows. I will be recommending you to my support group and others. We need more nurses like DJ.
