A Whirlwind of Grocery Awesomeness! Safeway has managed to turn the mundane task of grocery shopping into a delightful adventure! From the moment I stepped into their colorful realm, I knew I was in for a treat. The shelves were like treasure troves, stocked with a mind-boggling variety of goodies. The produce section was a kaleidoscope of freshness, tempting me with its vibrant hues. And oh, the bakery! The heavenly scent of freshly baked goodies had me floating on cloud nine. But wait, there's more! The staff at Safeway are like grocery superheroes, ready to assist with a smile. They wield their price scanners like magic wands, ensuring you get the best deals. The checkout process? Lightning-fast, like a cheetah on a shopping spree! Safeway, you've turned grocery shopping into a retail carnival. Bravo! Five sparkling stars for your magical market wonderland!
I started coming here due to being forced to switch pharmacies because of insurance but the pharmacy staff at Safeway have been just extremely great, kind and efficient. I'm glad I switched! I wish the store prices for foods, etc, were cheaper but they usually have great deals on various items and they have some of the best produce and meats I've seen around. Always feels and looks clean and well taken care of also! I would recommend the pharmacy and store!! Thank you!
I guess Safeway doesn’t believe in conserving energy. The doors have been wide open with the AC blasting for about an hour on a 93 degree day.
Stopped in here about 7:45am before work to grab a salad and some fruit for lunch. This location was poorly stocked! The southwest salad I purchased was not fresh and tasted bitter. The berries I bough in a to go container looked yummy but tasted awful!
This Safeway is the BEST! I have shopped at this Safeway for over 5 years and have found their store well managed- always stocked, clean with employees who are always friendly and willing to help out. I particularly like their meat department, their treasure trove of finely marbled steaks is second to none. Oh... and as an added bonus they now sell full strength beer!
There is a palpable sadness that hangs over this Safeway, yet still they charge you more money than the King's Soopers that doesn't make your children cry at some unknown horror waiting in their future. Go there instead, don't scare the children.
All Safeways are like Albertsons was in their dying years. Safeway corporate has done nothing to improve and you can see how the stores have declined over the years. Meanwhile Kroger has updated their stores, keeps them well staffed, etc. I give Safeway 10 more years and King Soopers will have a monopoly... which isn't good.
Today, the shopping attendant helped me put my groceries away into the car. He didn't know it, but I needed it. I was in physical pain, and I forgot to ask for help.
I went to the Deli at 6:04PM the case was full of chicken, but the guy behind the counter said he couldn't sell it to me. I just wanted it bag up. He didn't care. Will not come here again. Would not recommend anyone else go here either. The is a King Soppers less than 2 mile away, off of 144th.
Decent grocery store for basic things. Not usually crowded but usually understaffed during busy times. The older guy that works in the deli is the most impersonal, unfriendly worker there. It's obvious he hates his job.
