Our favorite grocery store! Great variety in frozen and general canned or boxed good. The produce area is clean, organized, always somebody there making something better- fresh choices! The meat and seafood is wonderful! The folks prepare the display so inviting. I’ve asked, “how would I cook this” regarding a type of shrimp once and the person behind the counter was so pleasant with an easy to follow instructions. Love the tenderized beef stew meat the most! Pleasant checkers and helpful finding coupons! Friendly employees at every turn, clean store, and helpful when something goes wonky. Thank you!

The grocery section is always clean and well stocked.  However, the restroom is consistently filthy, with a badly clogged air filter and dirty sinks see photos.  Those items looked just as bad two months ago.  The stagnant, rank air is a health hazard, and the restroom's state makes one question Safeway's sanitation standards in other areas storerooms, food prep areas, etc.  The store's homeless population is not within the management's control, but basic cleaning and maintenance certainly is.  UPDATE 5/4/2023: I appreciate the immediate Google Review response to my original post a week ago, but absolutely zero action was taken at the store.  Three new photos posted from today, the restroom is still gross.  Review downgraded from 2 stars to 1.

Always clean,easy access, quick and great selection for vegan & gluten free. Though the meats are always high quality

There are a lot of groceries packed into what appears to be a small footprint.  The store is nicely laid out.  I like the understore parking.

Clean, organized and well stocked. Always a good deal on ribs and bacon. Buy your bacon from the meat counter it's the best they have. Produce is not very well looked after. You have to sometimes search for bags and re-stocking is slow and poorly rotated. Suggest store manager have a word with produce manager for a little re-training. Rest of the store is top notch and cashiers are always friendly and helpful.

This is the best Safeway I have been to in a long time all the employees were so kind and it's a really really nice there is underground parking so there's an elevator so fancy and they had a spot where you can sit and eat your food stuff fireplace the bathrooms were a little small and they could be tended to a lot more because they were overrun it was crash and paper towels and dude on the ground and first such a nice Safeway I was disappointed with the bathroom but nevertheless overall five Stars

It's a great place to shop. The staff is always pretty friendly and they seem happy. At least I can speak for the cashiers and the deli workers. The plants are always beautiful too.

One of the men working at the deli was very unprofessional when I went in for a sandwich the other day. This wasn’t a situation that directly involved myself, but I saw the employee David yelling at his coworker. It makes me wonder how he interacts with customers. Very unprofessional, David!!!

This Safeway is a decent size grocery store in the city of Poulsbo. It has a parking garage as well, which is great for nighttime parking or shelter-parking for rainy/snowy days. This Safeway comes with a fuel station as well with 10 pumps. It comes with curbside pickup as well. The dining area is great with a gas fireplace. Grocery store also has a pharmacy & a Starbucks along with the standard things a Safeway carries.

Here today was the best fried chicken I've seen in a long time. Shows other stores can do better.
