Dentist was very nice, diagnosed me quickly but there is a major lag... it's been over a month and still no appointment available to fix my tooth or an estimate. I guess I have to keep looking.... seems like a waste to get the insurance if they can't schedule you.

Kept my appointment scheduled for a cleaning twice, the first time I was only able to get x-rays, the second one was with the hygienist by the name of Lauren. I explained that the x-rays did not show any problems so I just wanted a cleaning that is covered with my insurance. She stated that “it does not work that way, we do not allow the patient to tell us what is to be done, you need a treatment plan and you do not know what is required as far as irrigation “. “Your treatment today will be $126.00. Even though I am allowed 2 Free cleanings a year, she insisted that additional treatments were needed without giving me an explanation. I was very upset and just left. This was the 2nd trip I made and waited 35 minutes each time without getting my cleaning. Even though I had planned to have a bridge done with the dentist who was very nice and truthful, I will not go back to Sage dental, the hygienist, Lauren, is all about selling more treatments needed or not.

Awesome staff that seems to truly enjoy their jobs! They went above and beyond the standard dental office in regards to my treatment plan!

Dr. Ma surgically extracted five broken teeth in 2020 as I steeled myself for what I thought might be an ordeal of pain and discomfort. However, I did not feel any pain or discomfort thanks to the care and skill of Dr. Ma. Before I knew it, the teeth were out and my gums sutured and I was on my way home.  I was back on July 19, 2023 regarding the need for replacement of partial dentures that broke.  Dr. Ma explained all of the option available and I received cost estimates for each and the good news that that my insurance will cover the procedure that I chose. I left the office a very satisfied patient and look forward to my next visit.

After I paid for a visit I received a bill several months in a row. Each time I called and Sage Dental said it was a mistake and I should ignore it. Today I received a text asking me to pay again. I also received a bill threatening legal action. I called Caitlin at the local office. They said it is a corporate issue and that I should call corporate. Corporate did not return my call.  How do I get this to stop?

I went to Sage Family Dental for a second opinion. I was extremely satisfied with the information given to me. I will be returning shortly to begin my treatment. Previous Dentist told me I needed more work then I actually needed. Everyone was very pleasant and they follow Covid protocol. I highly recommend them.

Going to the dentist is never pleasant and has always caused anxiety. Dr. Ma goes above and beyond to make his patients experience as painless and pleasant as possible. His knowledge is comforting in that he diagnosis no work to be done unless it is absolutely necessary. I've had other dentist who claimed certain dental treatments were required when it was unnecessary. unnecessary, only to line their pockets.

Sage dental is an amazing organization. They are professional, kind, and very accommodating! Dr. Ma is the best dentist I’ve ever had! He has been my dentist for 10+ years!
