Here at Saginaw Dental Excellence, we are committed to making sure your dental experience is wonderful. We are part of a local tradition of clinical excellence. We offer affordable dental care programs that include no copay preventative (cleaning) appointments for our insured patients and a low cost in house dental plan for our non-insured patients.

We have extensive experience in all aspects of modern dentistry. We offer comprehensive dental care, including everything from the preventative education and routine hygiene that help reduce problems, to expert solutions for the dental issues our patients face - like root canal therapy and restorative dentistry - all in one convenient location.

We maintain the highest standards of sterilization and patient safety, including those of the Centers for Disease Control, in order to best safeguard your health and well-being.

Today was my first visit to this office and it definitely won’t be my last! The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I filled out my paperwork since I was a new patient and I only waited maybe 5 minutes or less before the dental hygienist came to get me. The dental hygienist was very sweet and inviting, she was very gentle with my cleaning considering I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years. Dr.Hyland came in after the cleaning was done and explained to me what work I needed to get done and what options I had. I ended up getting referred to a oral surgeon to take out my wisdom teeth. Before leaving a scheduled my next cleaning and I got a estimate on how much it’s going to coast me for my procedures I need to have done. Overall I had a great experience with all the staff I encountered today. I will definitely be back for my cleaning and I will be scheduling my appointment to get my filling with them also. I did also recommend my fiancé and I will probably be bringing my daughter to see them as well. I’m glad I found such a great dentist so close to home! Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable Dr.Hyland and staff!
Had a broken tooth while on a business trip. Walked in without even calling. The friendliest staff was quick to find a way to work me in. Completed x-rays and did a temporary fix until I could return the following day for the fix and temporary crown. Not a fan of the dentist at all but the desk staff, hygienist, dentist and dental assistant made this experience a 10 out of 10! Thanks again!!
I have been going here for years for regular cleanings but recently had an issue with some sensitivity and pain in a tooth. Of course this happened over the weekend but I was able to call and leave a message which was returned immediately Monday morning. I had the option to contact them on an emergency number but I decided although my tooth hurt, it didn't constitute an emergency response. Saginaw Dental Excellence was able to make room for me in their busy schedule and diagnose my issue. It's in the process of being taken care of and already feels MUCH better! Staff here from the Dentist to the Hygienist to the office staff are professional, attentive and caring. Let's be honest....does anyone REALLY enjoy going to the dentist?? Probably not, however, this is the place you should consider when it's time for preventative or immediate Dental care!
I use to be nervous about going to the Dentist's office because of bad experiences as a child. This office is fantastic! The staff is both friendly and genuinely empathic. During the procedures, they are constantly asking about my pain level to make sure that I am comfortable. The best thing about the staff, is they are very competent. I have referred many people to this office, and they have been very happy. Thank you for taking care of my oral health and making me feel comfortable while I am at the office.
Tried to make an appointment, but told they do not accept my insurance. Explained my situation to the receptionist and stated I have the funds to pay up front, before an procedure would be started, but still told they don’t take my insurance. She didn’t even try to help. On to the next place…..
My daughter has been going since she has was 1 yrs old. She is now 4 and she loves going to the dentist, and the staff is very nice and professional.
They are definitely friendly. They definitely seem to know what their doing. But they exaggerate billing in my opinion. An example. At a appointment slot I made a weeks before was charged as a emergency visit because of a complaint between a tooth he worked on before. As in felt like a wedge was between the tooth. Splitting the tooth. A additional feeling of like chewing on rocks since he worked on it. During this same visit. I was charged for two xrays. Only one was taken for the tooth. But they missed the tooth and had to retake it. I was charged for both. Nick morse also will make choices for your teeth based on what he thinks your income level is. Like when I asked why are we working on a partial already when we haven't done crowns yet. His answer was I'd have to pay for them. they are not covered by ONE of my two insurances, they were only covered 50%.. He told me that my teeth were bad enough He should have pulled them all. When multiple dentist told me before choosing his office that most of my teeth were salvageable. After my son died, I didn't take care of myself for years. So yes, I don't deny that they were bad, but they weren't that bad according to the dentists that told me to find one like his office advertised. So He definitely likes to say anything to his patients about their oral health when there is a problem. I only recommend this place if you have no where to go. I originally picked this place because it took both my insurances, and it advertised what two dentists said I needed. They are lower cost, but they exaggerate billing in my opinion, which I explained already. Their friendly, but make choices for you, that you don't know their making. It honestly was physically painful. Very painful going here. But with my last visit most of the pain I had been dealing with since months ago is down to just always uncomfortable. It's not so bad... Now.
I broke a tooth and lost the filling. I was very nervous about getting it fixed, as I have always had bad experiences at the dentist, but I could not put it off. I went back to Saginaw Dental Excellence and had a new dentist, Dr. Nick. He was fantastic! Completely explained what needed to be done and was the most compassionate dentist I have ever had, ensuring I was comfortable during the entire procedure!!! What a gem!!! He is definitely my new dentist!!!
Very friendly staff and dentists. They do a completely thorough job on teeth. I'm so glad I found Dental Excellence, as my dentist retired and I wasn't sure where to go to find a new one. This seems like a Christian place, even though it's a dentist office, because the people are so kind and polite. The whole atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I couldn't be more satisfied with Dental Excellence! My teeth thank you!!! And I love that saying on a wall hanging that reads, "Ignore your teeth and they'll go away." 5 stars for you!!! Haven't been to a dentist in over 10 years due to being so scared for so long. Went in today and ALL the staff I ran into were very friendly. Kylie did all my cleaning and Xrays she made my experience so amazing. The doctor Dr.Morse was very thorough and made sure I knew everything that needed to be done and his plans to do them. Would highly recommend this place to anyone after my first time going. Will be back to have all my dental needs met there.
