Saguaro Fitness and Rehabilitation is your family fitness and rehabilitation center. For 25 years, Saguaro has been helping our patients get fit and recover from injuries. We have a fitness center and offer comprehensive therapy services to get your body back to feeling like its original self.

We are happy to announce we have now incorporated Chronic Care Management to our programs. Chronic Care Management caters to people who have 2 or more chronic health conditions like diabetes, arthritis, etc. Please give us a call today for more information.

The staff is very professional and caring. I had 2 knee replacements and they helped me through so that I'm able to walk with no problems. I will miss going there. Have to think of something else that needs to get healed so I can get back in there!!

Edit: As of late November 2022, the facility is closed to the public. Star rating changed due to no public access.  Friendly folks who operate a sparkling clean facility. Amenities include a salt water indoor pool, hot tub, and dry sauna; as well as a well-equipped gym and exercise classes. An oasis in the desert!

Loved this place so much!!! Now they are no longer open to silver sneakers or guests. I'm not the one one who is sad about this.

I have had several treatment s. Loved it and the 4 weeks wait was worth it.

Amazing staff and excellent care. They really care about their patients here. I am in far better health thanks to coming here. I’ve met people of all ages and backgrounds here and it’s like one big family. Everyone looks out for each other. I think that the level of treatment here is far more hands on. They are serious about helping patients have more mobility and better, healthier living. I recommend that anyone who needs PT  come here. You won’t regret the quality level of treatment you receive here. They have become a second family too me, and for that I love them, and am greatful for this place!

Sad, they closed the fitness center! Only offering aquatic therapy

I am doing physical therapy here and the therapists are the friendlist and so knowledgeable! Only 4 stars as the building is old. Has a fitness room as well as a WARM therapy pool! You can purchase a pass for 10 times open swimming, or a day pass if you do not need therapy. Or they have specials to join to use the equipment and swim! Love it!

Christie and her team are amazing. They have helped my husband tremendously. I highly recommend them.

I go to workout and there is very family friendly people u deal with everyday. It's small but that's what I like about it. Come join us and have fun.

Been going for many years wood recommend Saguaro fitness and wellness center to anybody that would need it.
