Welcome to Sahlen's Sports Park, training home of the Western New York Flash!

We are a 200,000 sq. ft. multi-sport indoor facilty with three open and one boarded field, a fitness center, soccer store and the park cafe.

Welcome to Sahlen's Sports Park, training home of the Western New York Flash!

We are a 200,000 sq. ft. multi-sport indoor facilty with three open and one boarded field, a fitness center, soccer store and the park cafe. Recreational and advanced programs as well as leagues are offered for kids and adults in soccer, lacrosse, flag football, softball and field hockey.

The 11x11 open field measures 70 yards wide and 110 yards long. Information on all activities and events can be found through this web site.

Last weekend, we hosted the 2023 PDFA Discflect World Championships at Flash Fields. The staff at Sahlen's Sports Park made it super easy for us to have our tournament, and we had nothing but positive comments from both our staff and players.
If google maps allowed me to place 0 stars I would place that because This indoor sports park if u buy anything from there vending machine they dont get you your item and the staff dont care to give refunds and care in the world about your customers item and when u complain to them they would always say its not our responsibility.
Unbearably hot on the indoor soccer and baseball fields. Neat place otherwise
Signs within the building can be confusing. Should be updated to help new-comers navigate the facility. Maybe add heaters for the colder months? Overall, a very nice facility.
Great facility, first time there for my Daughter and I. She loved it!!, We spent the whole day on field 45, but when we had breaks we walked around and was impressed with the facility.
I have played on and ran coed adult soccer teams here for 6 yrs, and while the facility is in great shape and field conditions are very good, management of Sahlens has taken a nose dive in recent years. During a recent snow storm, the was no coordination with teams regarding whether the facility was going to remain open, with many people saying no one was answering the phones even though the facility remained open. The one kid who happened to be on site said no one gave him instructions on what to do and the manager was "out of contact". While there are a few good apples, the quality of refereeing has gone downhill as it appears there is no oversight or review process. These are just a few recent examples of issues we've encountered. The trouble is they remain one of the few games in town for this so, for the moment, we're stuck with the service they provide.
Great for soccer or other sports. The concession stand could use a little more work. The kid behind the counter was more interested in closing up shop than selling anything. The only time that concession can make money is when an event is on. There were hundreds of people there and the concession closed at 5:30pm. Seemed like a bad decision to me. Gotta make hay when the sun shines!
Second day of rugby camp Nice facility. Lots of fields. Due to covid didnt see much and not busy. Can't wait for things to open back up amd see this place full tilt.
Best coaching and facilities you'll find in WNY! Nate and any of his assistants Ryan, Reese, Jake... are amazing!
Great facility. Very clean. Fields can get very cold in the winter. Be sure to dress warmly if you are a spectator.
