Our beloved Dachshund boy, Hans, was nearly 18 years old and failing fast. Hans was usually a goofy boy and a great lounger and napper. By now he was nearly blind and deaf, restless and wandering. My wife and I were in tears deciding what we had to do for him. I called Dr. Saiki to try to arrange a visit. She stayed with me on the phone while I broke down twice trying to make the arrangements for Hans. Dr. Saiki arrived right on time later that day. Dr. Saiki performed the euthanasia procedure for Hans with compassion, love and respect, making all the family very comfortable with what was happening. Hans passed gently, easily and peacefully. Dr. Saiki deserves six stars but I can only give her five here. If you need the care of a mobile Veterinarian, as we and Hans did, you can make no better choice than to call Dr. Saiki. Now I'm off to find a couple of Kleenex ... Update 6/28/2022: We had to call Dr. Saiki again for our beloved Mimi. Dr. Saiki actually deserves seven stars, not just the six I wanted to give her for her last visit to us. Dr. Saiki made a very difficult and sad situation for us bearable and tolerable, and most importantly ensured the our Mimi had a peaceful and graceful transition. When you need Dr. Saiki, you really need her. When you call her, she will come and help you through a difficult time.
This is Sammy. Doctor Saiki is very nice and caring. I had got an appointment for my pet dog which she came and she told me that she could not treat it as it was a big surgery and had to be referred to oncologists. She did a couple tests for which she charged me. After me consulting to a hospital they told that they will have to do the tests again which I spoke to the Doctor Saiki and she refunded me back the charges for the tests and she even refunded me back the home visit fee and she just wished me luck for my pet too. She is great and very nice. I respect her a lot. She is the best. This is my personal experience and true.
I love Dr. Saiki and her assistant! Her mobile unit is a lifesaver for me. My cat gets so stressed out going to the vet. The fact that Dr Saiki can do all the procedures/checkups in her mobile truck in front of my house is great! My cat had a growth on her foot - Dr. Saiki operated to take it off, did xrays, blood tests and was able to give me the results in about a week. In addition, I have had friends who have had to help their beloved pets pass .. and it is so comforting to be able to help them move on from the comforts of their own home. I highly recommend Dr. Saiki
Last month I had to make the difficult and heartbreaking decision to put our family dog, Clancy, to sleep. He was very sick and no longer wanting to walk and yet the vet wanted to keep trying to prolong his life. I couldn't stand to watch him suffer so I called Saiki Veterinary Moble Care. Dr. Saiki was responsive, professional and sensitive. When she arrived she was respectful of my home and what I was going through, showed me how to make Clancy as comfortable as possible through the process, explaining each step as we went along. After it was over she followed my requests for his care during transport. She made one of the hardest things I ever done as "ok" as it could be and I'm forever grateful she was there. I had to call the next day and change his final arrangements and she was able to take care of it seamlessly. Thank you always, Dr. Saiki!
Dr. Saiki was kind, compassionate, thoughtful and caring of this very sad and emotional time for our family. This was such a better way to handle this transition than the fear and bad smells of the vet's office.
My cats are miserable in the car, so Dr. Saiki came to our house for their check up and shots. She and her tech were gentle and effective. I highly recommend Dr. Saiki.
