I received excellent care before, during and after my surgery. Dr. Barrall was professional and personable and made me totally comfortable. He also kept my husband well informed. The nursing staff was also professional and made my stay not only comfortable but made sure I had everything I needed. Although I am hoping not to visit again, I know I would receive excellent care. Thank you and God bless.
If you want excellent, compassionate care go to St. Anne’s. I had stents put in, in there Cardiac care department. A great experience for this serious condition. Great Team Work throughout the hospital. Special thanks to Dr. Pant and his team… Patricia Sullivan
Went to St Anne's for knee surgery. It's a very busy place and with everyone involved I had no time to fret about. Loved my nurse who kept me laughing. I've had bad reactions to anaesthesia in the past and they made sure it didn't happen to me again. I actually got to go home just a few hours later. Was so thrilled it all went so well and went home very happy!!!
As the patient experience person will not return my calls, this is really the only way that I can communicate this. My 18 month old son had an emergency x-ray on his lungs. It was ordered from Hasbro and had to be a verbal order. We had to wait for a while. The charge nurse and the staff at Patient Registration were absolutely wonderful. When it came down to going for the X-ray, the radiologist was pleasant enough - he asked about the order and I explained about it being a verbal order. He must have been in a rush to go home and believed that he had finished for the day. We got in there and at first he was okay but then my baby wouldn’t conform easily to what he wanted. HE TUTTEDd IN FRUSTRATION AND MANHANDLED MY CHILD VERY ROUGHLY. He was gripping his arms really tightly, shoving him to the other side. I was trying to console my child at this point, he was really upset. That just made the radiologist more angry. You are lucky that I did not contact the police. This person should not be working with babies.
Brought my mother-in-law to ER with Covid complications. There were approximately 30 people in waiting room. 3 + hours had gone by and the same people were still waiting with the waiting room looking more like an airport at this point. The service was/is unbelievably poor. Lots of staff walking around the halls so not sure if it’s a staffing issue or what the problem is. I can say they are disgrace to healthcare.
I was very pleased with the care i received at St Anne’s. Staff were attentive and courteous. Having a private room added greatly to my comfort. Since all rooms at st Anne’s are private rooms St Anne’s will be my hospital of choice for years to come.
I hope this post brings recognition to the following ER staff personnel: Dr. Furtado, C. ER Doctor Nurse Stephanie ER Travel Nurse Jodie ER Tech And the nurse who setup my IV line wish I could remember her name. She was amazing!! They were exceptional in the performance of their duties, and I knew how busy of a day/night it had been for them. I know how difficult it is to be in the medical field right now, and dealing with the complexities that come with working in the ER can be taxing physically and emotionally. To this team, thank you for everything and being thorough in your care. You all are very much appreciated. I know it can be discouraging at times, but know, “this too shall pass”. You all are here for such a time as this, and I hope this small token of appreciation keeps you pushing forward! Thank you!
I have never experienced anything like the waiting time I experienced in the ER of this so called ER. Even in Africa, I wasn’t able to go through the same experience. To tell you that I brought in my daughter last night in pain that was bothering her for 2 days. They know what was that, for I had to check her in of course, without knowing how they operate and let them know that. A child was taken there and had to leave due to such inadmissible waiting longevity.
I had a procedure done on my foot back on February 17, 2022 at the surgery center in Attleboro. I inadvertently paid $50 something dollars. I am still waiting for them to refund the money that they know is due to me. I have called a number of times and so has my Blue Cross representative. They claim they mailed the refund out in March but to the wrong zip code. I have given them the correct zip code and here I am in September still waiting. Not a nice way to do business.
