We are delighted that you have taken the time to visit Saint Basil Orthodox Church’s website, and we certainly hope you will find what you are looking for here! The Orthodox Faith is a bottomless treasure chest, only small portion of which can be experienced online. We are committed to share with you the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to do so here in Wilmington. The Orthodox Church is the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church professed in the Nicene Creed, which guards the “faith once for all delivered to the saints” (Jude 3), and we seek to share the fullness of the Gospel with all who will hear it. While reading will certainly help—one’s faith can always be deepened by searching the Scriptures and studying the writings of the faithful—we invite you to Come and See!

Wonderful orthodox Christian church OCA. St Basil's is composed primarily of new converts Americans to the faith. Frs. Peter and Andrew are a kind and engaging pastor and co-pastor, who truly care about their parishioners and their spiritual lives. A plus is the lovely choir that sings complex melodies on key!
Wonderful church. Father Peter and Father Andrew are terrific. The church is American Orthodox Christian Church. You will find the congregation to be a big welcoming family. The church is part of the Orthodox Church of America
Small and meets the needs of those called to witness and serve. All are welcomed!!!
