MY DR. IS GREAT!! But the phone answering system is a disaster to get through period! And the receptionists are very cold/rude and unhelpful. They need to totally restructure the answering system period. Even leaving a short voice message is better than what is going on now. Also you get a busy signal 99% of the time.

My doctor is awesome. Getting through on the phone is a nightmare. They take really long lunches so the phone is down from 11:30-1:15 but it usually ends up being closer to 2:00 pm. Also they don’t start answering until after 8:30 when the line is supposed to open at 8. When it is something as serious as dealing with health issues it’s really frustrating that they show this lack of care.

My dr here is great, been going to him basically my whole life. Although the receptionists are SO rude and condescending. So hard to ever reach them and make an appointment through the phone line since they’re closed during lunch… says the phone lines are back on at 1:15… called at 1:30 then at 1:45 and still no answer. Called about 5 times. The staff working at the front desk have always been unhelpful, rude, and miserable. Do your jobs!!!!

Today the phone lines have been on lunch hour 11:30-3:50 and probably still on the lunch HOUR. So where are they? Don’t even try using the pandemic as an excuse. This is completely unacceptable. When you call your doctor it’s usually for something that requires attn!!! I’m So disappointed with the office personnel. My doctor is great when I can get thru. I need my meds today Are we now to go right into the clinic instead of calling?

Always friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Took my daughter here recently with a cold, and they made me feel welcomed, and spent time educating me on how to properly care for her sickness now that she'll be in daycare mode for the next few years. Bonus, I wasn't left feeling like an idiot asking probably idiotic questions! As a new mom, that left me feel so much more confident about caring for my child during her illness. Thank you so much!! Best docs in town!!

Love my dr here but the office staff is totally incompetent. Messages are not passed on, ever. Waiting 2 months for an ultrasound appointment to be made. Nothing. Forms needed signing 2 weeks and nothing. Waited over a month for X-ray results which I called about 4 times. Nothing. I’m actively looking for a new doctor or clinic.

Simply trying to call the office to set up an appointment or asking a question is an arduous task to deal with. Which is a shame because the family doctor I have been with my whole life is fantastic.

Terrible practice. You may have a doctor here, but you might as well not since its impossible to get through to them via phone, there is no voice-mail, no email contact and it's appointment only with no walk-ins. Privilege at its finest.

I have a major problem with this clinic. It is consistently not open for phone calls when they are supposed to be. You are supposed to call for an appointment at 8am. They don't answer the phone till between 8:12 and 8:15. Then they sent my husband up for bloodwork when he was at work. He arrives at the lab, and the requisition had not be faxed as promised. When he called to tell them, even though it was 5 minutes before 11:45, they were now closed. Also when I call after they are supposed to be open again at 1:15, they don't answer till nearly 1:30. Do they believe because it's hard to get a doctor, and that they work for a doc, their jobs are safe, and much more important than any one elses?

Absolutely horrible to try to get through, no answering machine so you cannot leave a message - and if you can call during business hours it is busy busy busy. I usually end up going to a walk in clinic and then they wonder why they don't see me, or I don't return their calls!!
