The Western District is the largest of the three police districts in Saint Paul. There are approximately 120 police employees including patrol officers, sergeants, commanders, and civilians.
The Western District is under the command of Senior Commander Steve J. Anderson. Commander Sheila Lambie is in charge of Patrol personnel and A/Commander Don Benner is in charge of Investigative, F.O.R.C.E. Unit, and Crime Prevention.
The front desk officers are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to answer questions or take reports in person.
