Went in today because my diffuser had stopped working, the staff were so kind and helpful. They sorted it all out for me right away! Such a great experience and relieved with how smoothly it went.

Customer service is such that I had to drive all the way from Kamloops to purchase the same product that I could have bought in Vancouver 2 days ago. Jenna *HATS OFF* provided us with all the details about the diffuser and oils. Never felt she was trying to sell to us. I am coming back here soon!

Heather is an absolutely amazing saleswoman and person! I went in for a cleanser and came out with lots more. She makes shopping fun and she is so genuinely kind to guests. She makes great product recommendations and helps you find the perfect product. I will definitely be going back soon.

Love the smell and the ambience of the store when I walk in there. It’s hard not to walk out with every bottle of essential oil they carry! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

nice products of course but some of their policies on returns/price adjustments could use some work. i almost always feel annoyed with the sales associates when i leave because i end up having to interact with every single person working and answering so many of their questions about myself and what i’m looking for.

The customer service here is really great. The staff are very friendly. Even when they are busy. I always leave the store more calm then when I came in.
