Hi everyone. So I made order online in Saks fifth avenue. It was Zimmerman top and blouse on sale and final sale. But, the condition it arrived to me is insane I attached pictures . I went to the store explained what happened and there were extremely rude to me. They told me that they can't return and in very rude way. Told me that I have to do it myself call and ask for exemption. Why after I got items in this condition I have to do that? So I made a video how they treat their costumers. Manager Ronda is insanely rude she told me she will do exception for me lol. Are you kidding me it's illegal to sale in this condition or they have to provide real pictures of their items on their website
Love this store! They definitely have my style! Today, I went to the cosmetic counter to get a new blush. I enjoyed working with the staff. She was very pleasant and helpful. Of course, I bought more than what I went in for. Even the parking staff outside were pleasant and helpful.
Bought a jacket at this location. Wore it out to show my wife, who didn't approve. When trying to return it in perfect condition was told by the salesperson Jane that it is not returnable simply because I wore it out. Nothing about this in the return policy. The manager, Phillip Gallardo, also said that the mere fact that I wore it out of the store made the items not sellable. How does this make sense? The entire time I was there the manager and the salesperson kept making condescending comments. "This is not a rental place" etc... Both were rude, condescending, and awful to speak to. Why do this to yourself? If you must shop at Saks, pick a different location. Went to another location and made the return without a fuss.
Had an extremely pleasant experience with Azer. He took his time and assisted us even though our issue was unrelated to his department. Azer guided us to the correct department and followed up with us at the end of our visit to make sure we were taken care of. Way to turn a bad experience into an iconic one! What a pleasant employee, absolute asset to Saks!
Every time I come to Saks, it’s been a very negative experience. All of the salespeople I’ve ever interacted with are pretentious and condescending, and act like they are better than you. Today I’ve had the displeasure of interacting with Rosa for some returns, in which she was beyond unhelpful and rude. Every time I come here, I leave in a bad mood because of how awful the staff are. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I went here a few months ago with friends of mine and it's super luxury and mesmerizing, I can't believe that this department store is 8 stories
I had the best experience with the assistance of the staff at the staff at the Valentino/Bottega Veneta counter! These ladies were stylish, well dressed, terrific manicures Ha and simply nice! They took care of my reason for being in the store. The store is open, bright and displays are lovely. We were greeted at the door with pleasantries and farewells. Thank you Saks Fifth Avenue Beverly Hills location!!
Sales reps are inadequate, tailors are horrible, and the manager is non existent. They ruined a brand new suit and nobody will call back to assist with the issue. Simone and the rest of this group are a testament to a dying industry of department stores.
Private lot is an added bonus. Love saks, not much has changed over the years in BH. However, the shoe section is a bit cluttered for my taste.
The fragrance sales associates are so catty and act so juvenile it’s embarrassing. I had just purchased Chanel shoes so I was there to spend money, and I was looking for a unique fragrance to add to my collection. There was a gentleman there with dyed white hair and loop earrings who was initially assisting me, and for some reason while I was sampling fragrances trying to figure out what to purchase he just decided to have attitude and walk away while rolling his eyes. Two other fragrance sales associates, who were talking to him across the way, noticed his attitude, and started laughing like children. I stood there, observing them all while they were looking in my direction, trying to hold their laughter as I was contemplating want to purchase. I’ve never encountered such a strange behavior from adults, older than myself. Clearly, these people don’t deserve commission on my purchase and so I decided to take my business elsewhere. But I truly cannot believe how repulsive their attitudes were. The sales associate for the shoe department named Katie was so patient with me and brought out so many pairs of Chanel shoes, which I narrowed down to one pair and purchased with her. I wish she were able to help me in the entire store. She was so down to earth and normal. I don’t know who these fragrance people think they are but their attitudes were repulsive. The store lost business because of the fragrance sales people. I will avoid that department like the plague.
