That's what I call a trash place. Advisors are very rude and barely speak English. Products have minor scratches a reason they discount it.. , looks like shoes have been used for 2 weeks before returning them. All stuff are very unorganized... 3 years ago it was luxury now it looks like "ROSS DRESS FOR LESS...." except at Ross they are friendly and polite.
After moving to Florida from NY, I was struggling finding clothes of my style, unless I shop online. I’m so glad to discover this place. I can always find some good selections on clothes and shoes, with amazing deals.
Do not waste your time or money in this store . I went shopping for a graduation dress and when I went to try on all the dresses PATTI the women at the dressing rooms was so rude and aggressive. At one point she told me to move out her way and instead of saying excuse me . She was rude to all the customers that came up as if she was upset to be at work that day . Due to the treatment that me and my family received we will never spend another dollar this location.
Sandy in jewelry department is a sweet very professional and helpful, we purchased 2 beautiful rings with excellent service she provides
Not a great store. Selection limited. What i did not like is the customer service and very long lines to cashier. Don’t bother.
great place if you are a teenager with your parents credit card! for the prices and selection the quality of stock has a lot to be desired!
Winston helped us in the shoe department and he was amazing! He is polite, knowledgeable and was extremely helpful and efficient. He was very patient, and helped us with price checks and finding sizes. Although the store is extremely busy and wait times to see a cashier or get a changing room can be daunting, Winston is one of the main reasons I would return to the store. I wish all the employees at this location would follow his lead in terms of providing great customer care. Thank you again Winston!
I had the most amazing shopping experience at this store. It was so clean and well laid out and the merchandise was gorgeous! Very high end, and the staff were so nice and accommodating. The manager was actually on the sales floor and very approachable and friendly.
The manager at this store is rude and dismissive. It is hard to get assistance, and when you do the employees act as if they can’t be bothered. You can find some good merchandise, but be AWARE that the customer is not right at this store , and they will not honor returns of merchandise they sold you that was DEFECTIVE,! Very disappointed. Shop elsewhere….
Big selection for women, few men's clothes. My wife likes the prices
