Deceptive! Went and found a nice one piece for my wife in the clearance section for 29.99. It rang up for 50.00. When we notified the cashier, she took the sticker off and said "this is not clearance. We just got this on the floor and it can't be clearance if it's still on the floor." She then said "People put stickers on things all the time to get a better price." I asked for a manager. The manager Helene? walked up, looked at us, and her only words to us were "no" as she shook her head. We left, but it didn't sit well with me so I went back to ask the manager where the rest of her inventory of it was? She said they were all on a rack and showed it to me. She couldn't find a single one anywhere in the store but swore it was just put on the floor. I then said "typically if something has a clearance sticker on it and is in the clearance section businesses honor their mistakes. Helene looked and said "I'm sorry." So here I am writing the review and messaging their corporate office. It wasn't even about the money. We could've easily paid for it. It was the service we received.

It was my first time shopping here. I bought a pair of Moncler Sunglasses. ML 0048. I paid $160 but felt like I was getting a deal because the tag said the MSRP was $300. I wish I did my homework because they sell everywhere for $98-$150. About 5 weeks after I bought them one of the war stems fell off. I used JB Weld to make the repair but within a few more weeks the polarized lenses started getting bubbles. I have a lot of high end sunglasses and take great care of all of my sunglasses. I was fooled at the price and I wouldn’t pay more than $15 if I could go back.
Store was most organized I have seen thus far. Not a large selection of merchandise though and elderly lady at fitting room entrance quite unpleasant. However, Yanet at customer service made the trip worthwhile: quite friendly, helpful and a beautiful smile. Thank you !

Nasum at tampa outlets very helpful. Nasum helps with selections for birthparty. My niece is 16 to. I have no idea what to get her . Nasum picked out some nice jewelry pieces for her .making the 16 yr. Old vey happy and truly very excited. Thanks for having such informed and caring sale staff.
They are a good apparel store, good clothes with better prices than regular mall stores. They have lots of options and good sale prices. I've gotten several outfits here that are very nice.
We did not purchase anything here but wanted to do .. New arrivals very nice but bit expensive .. we tried for clearance stuff...but not up to our expectations price n quality differs
Nice open store. No real deals to be had...still overpriced...but hey, some folks need a label to lift their spirits
I could NOT find any cool mens jeans until i came here. I went to Express, Lucky, and others, but Saks is where it's at for mens jeans, huge variety and only $40 each! I bought 2 pairs and was very happy!
