Hunter is amazing!!! She knows the her inventory and can certainly help you choose the designer handbags and jewelry for your needs. She’s a great trouble shooter. If there’s a problem. The buck stops with her. She fixes the problem. Saks is so lucky to have her. As are we!!!!!

Clean store, well merchandised and the staff is really nice. The manager Hunter rocks, goes out of her way to make sure you’re a happy client. Thanks guys!

The worst shopping experience ever. I adore off fifth been shopping across their locations for years. I bring up a pair of pajamas to the Naples store marked $29.99 and the young male rude manager tells me it’s the wrong price as if I had created a sale sticker. I have spent over $3k in that store in the last year and he would not honor the sticker price was so rude and obnoxious making snarky comments like “well this isn’t the right sticker so I don’t know”. After I suggested he should honor it he should shook his head “no”. I will NEVER shop this location again. Don’t waste your time!

Worst customer service. Blonde cashier Hunter is extremely rude and unprofessional. Her Very hostile and ugly personality makes you not want to go back to the store ever. ZERO help. Buy online. Save yourself time and aggravation

The music in the store is so loud you can't stand shopping there . Also I brought 3 pairs of shoes to the cashier to hold for me but instead of holding my shoes while I shopped for clothes they sold them to someone else . Really bad customer service the management is very poor.

Decent selection but I found a lot of items were stained/damaged. I found an amazing dress that I really wanted but the clasp in the back was broken completely. The girl at the register offered a 10% discount but did not mention that the item would be final sale so now I feel a bit of buyer’s remorse. Will cost more than the 10% to have it fixed.

I love shopping skincare product with Anastasia Garazia. Her help and support and knowledge is so helpful. Even after work ours I can ask her about product and she will guid me how to use. Always happy to help and give tips and introduced me to a new product

I love shopping here and on the app. I have literally saved hundreds on everything from sunglasses to underwear. I am not a "shopper" but I do enjoy shopping here. Puts TJ Maxx and Marshall's to shame.

Went today to shop for two dresses with my grandmother who was a sakes executive before retirement, we get to the register to pay and the computer is down cannot read her card so we wait patiently and then all of a sudden the manager comes to assist and becomes rude and then one other sale associate came into the situation that was already heated and added sarcasms that was not necessary I use to love the store and now I dread to go in between the inappropriate flirting from associates to rudeness I’m sad. Very bad experience.
