Really poor customer service. We went there to buy some men's dress ankle boots. Spent around 30 mins trying on various styles. To be honest we were totally disappointed with their selection of styles and didn't buy anything. If you have narrow feet then this shop might suit you. Not one person asked us if we needed help. We noted that sometimes the price was not marked on the shoes or the box. There was a great selection of boring & bright men's socks and predictable business shirts but nothing that was different or quirky

The store is not that clean nor is it organized. Some of the clothes are very old, torn and worn. Same for the shoes, many are returned shoes, I've pointed it out to sales people, if u can find one.

This store is closing soon; good fixtures for sale!

There store policy for returns is outrageous. I received a pair of boots for a Christmas present from my husband. I had only worn them maybe 4 times to work,  I have a desk job and they started to come apart. My husband tried to exchange them today and was told they could not do it because they are not able to re-sale them. Seriously??? Your going to sell items and not take them back because they are defective? Within 60 days? I will nor will none of my family ever step foot in a Saks store again.  Make sure you try on clothing or check anything out religiously  before you purchase it because you won't be able to return it.

Great jackets deals plus great shoes deals, you can get the thing you want with reduced prices plus extra 40% 50% 60% depending in the holidays, best time to shop between Christmas and new year they have great deals like $$ off whatever you bought , it doesn't look as fancy as Saks fifth Avenue, but it's outlet anyway!

Went to buy a pair of shoes that were on sale for 59 99 when we get up to the cash register the lady there Rings up the shoot and it comes up 8999 we asked them if they would honor the coupon as it was already on that shoe and there were other shoes with the same price they would not honor price that was on the shoe because they told us that that sticker was supposed to be on another shoe needless to say we didn't buy that shoe and we went across to Steve Madden where they have that shoe for half the price and we bought it there was not happy

Does it get better than this? High end goods at Target prices? I'm in.

Very clean store. Good deals when you look.

Great deals if you take the time to hunt! This place is going out of business!
