I shop yesterday for a couple stuff that I like on sale. There is a pen that I really like has sticker with the price but she didn’t wanna give it to me because she doesn’t have a barcode and she couldn’t even help herself to look for the barcode or to give me that pants that I like it’s not first time, those people works there. They are very lame lazy and rude and they always gossiping about others front of the customer, and they always speak of their language .

This is where I go for my sunglass obsession.  I have sensitive eyes and I need a good polarized pair of sunglasses to get me through the day. Especially during the winter months in Michigan.  Polaroid lenses can get quite expensive. The sales associates at this location are wonderful at keeping me up-to-date with the current sales. I save nothing less than 75% and upwards of 90% on high dollar sunglasses at this store.  Excellent sales associates!

I was there yesterday to return dress  was purchase online  I came at 6:55 exactly and the door was open bc they close  at 7 o’clock the manager he didn’t say anything but one of the employees she was rude disrespect she didn’t even let me in I told her i just need to return  she saw the I’m holding the box  but she won’t let me go in  however the manager he didn’t even say anything when I walked in and when I left, I told him all I have  to go online I  think she gave him signal or some thing not to let me in  I was left very upset and the manager he couldn’t even  do anything , however there they need to change some of stuff over there and I think they need a new manager as well .

I enjoy shopping there, but the checkout experience is truly terrible. We were standing in checkout line and when it was our turn lots of workers, los of registers, cashier said to us “Aaa no no ha ha” and took someone else leaving us standing there. We asked her how come we are not next and she said “I’ll take you next” Checkout took 20 minutes as she was trying to find out the price for the items without price tag. She was borderline rude and no manager was on duty. One of the cashiers  not ours wore a top, which showed her breasts. Not up to high end store standards… actually not up to any reputable establishment standards.

Fun place to shop for random designer fashions.  It looks like they have their own outlet brand now, too.

I ordered right before Christmas in 12/20 was assured to receive by 1/3/22 when I called on 1/4 it never shipped. I also called around 12-28 representative could see it still hasn’t shipped. I requested a cancellation. They didn’t refund me my shipping although it never shipped. I will no longer do business with this company.

Staff are awesome! But they don't get new inventory often enough unless the employees are taking everything when it comes in. Shoe selection is terrible. Store is very messy!! Cause I'll go there every wk n the same stuff is on the racks that was there 2 mnths ago. Not worth it to go there maybe once in a blue moon.

This store is a hot mess ! It's convenient if you have a return, but they really need people to keep the store in order ! The shoe department is un-imaginable ! If you can find two shoes that match you're lucky !  I'll only go there as a last resort.

Picked over selection. The store is a mess. Shoe department has mismatched shoes strewn on the floor. Empty shelves in the handbag department. Some items are not priced. Terrible shopping experience and offended that no one seems to care.
