Sal's Philly Steaks - Hickory Hills, IL

I've passed Sal's Philly a thousand times heading to XC but was always too full to try it out, that ended today! I had the pleasure of walking into a place where the people working may have been some of the kindest I've met in a long time. I don't want to go into too much detail but they really seem to care about their customers. The Philly Cheese Steak was delicious! Not perfect, little over cooked, but definitely better than most. I would come back, to try some more menu items and because the staff were great. Keep up the amazing work!

We have been customers of Sals for 16 years. The food is phenomenal. The portions are huge. The prices for the quality and amount of food you get are a great value! This is definitely a place you need to try. Original Philly is my fave with extra meat because half goes to work with me for lunch the next day. We will be customers forever!Food: 5/5

Awesome place and more importantly great service!! Treated me and my family like family. So impressed by the great quality of the food and how fast it was made. I recommend this place more than any other fast food joint in the area great deals and great food!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My first time here and truly in love. Thank you so much guys!

Sal and Natalie are the best!!! Cheesesteaks are the best in all Chicagoland area. LOVE THIS PLACE and the OWNERS!!!!!

The cashier and cookers are always smiling and welcome you in. They make all the food fresh so expect to wait 5-10 mins . I am addicted to their food , you will not be disappointed and plus you can eat there and it so cleanFood: 5/5

It was a good place until the owner and his wife sold it. These new guys are terrible. The 1 on 79th he used to own. ImThat place is terrible, too now. If you get a chance to get a cheessteak from the original sal and his wife definitely try it.

Love the food!! Tried a few things so far so good. The double cheeseburger is mammoth and delicious. I’d show a pic but I already wolfed it down. The staff behind the counter are always very nice. Sal’s is starting to be one of my regular joints.

Where is Sal? it went downhill, these new guys don't know what they are doing food is terrible. I want a refund.
