DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY ON SALAD WORKS WEBSITE! The responsibility falls on the third-party vendor that picks up the food. Therefore, when said vendor does not deliver your food, Salad Works will do nothing about it because it’s not “their” responsibility. And when you drive there to re-order, you’ll pay again for the same order. And you can’t actually contact the third party vendor because you the customer did not place the order with third party vendor therefore they have no way of tracking that you placed an order with them. Again, something Salad Works doesn’t understand. 2/20/23 - Still waiting for refund to date. It can't be that difficult to issue a refund.
Had a great meal served by friendly staff. Being my first time here I played it safe with their Cobb salad with recommended thousand island dressing and was not disappointed. Also had the vegetable soup which was hot and tasty to warm me up on a cool rainy day. Tea was also delicious. A little pricey in my opinion for the food so it only gets 4 stars but I would definitely recommend to others.
Very reasonably priced and a nice staff. Maybe not as high quality as chopt or sweetgreens but an excellent place to get a salad.
Being a truck driver I'm trying my best to get off of the fast food...I found this place in door dash and was worried I wouldn't like it but I was definitely proven wrong. Built my own salad, iceberg base with tomato, smoky turkey, bacon, pepper jack cheese and a sliced egg with chipotle ranch dressing. It was the greatest thing I've ever eaten and I can't wait to get it again! Broccoli and cheese soup was amazing too!

The staff was nice and helpful. But I couldn't enjoy my salad. The cucumbers were brown and the tuna looked and tasted like sawdust. Also they didn't have the same add-ons as other salad locations. Very disappointing because I was looking forward to a good salad.
One of my most favorite salad works to stop at on my travels home. Place is always clear and the service is always fast. Keep up the good work
I had a hilarious discovery when I got back to my office with my salad. There was no salad. It was all pasta. I customized my mandarin chicken salad to include pasta, but I didn't think that excluded the actual salad. Live and learn...
I ordered salad from and as the lady was putting the items that make up the sale in the bowel her arms was laying on top of the cucumbers because she was trying to reach. That is extremely unsanitary... she had gloves on but the part of her arm was not covered and right on top of the cucumber bowl that was filled to the top. Disgusting.
