We provide naturally smoked meats. We use a mixture of wet and dry wood to get the best taste out of meats. Our hogs come from a all natural farm, where they are pastured. Because these animals don't just eat grass; they're natural omnivores, designed to eat a little bit of everything. The are "free range" and no preservatives are added to their foods. They are naturally grown. To ensure the best quality of our meat, we butcher and take apart the meat our self instead of sending it to meat processing company. At a meat processing company, or a large slaughter house, a lot of meat is wasted because of the fast paced environment they have to work in. Our meats, sausages, hams and all of the products are 100% natural; with no preservatives added, only natural spices and herbs. Our family recipes are used used for decades and will ensure the best quality and taste in our meats.
