The Academy of Gymnastics and Dance is one of the most complete facility in the valley with over 20,000 square feet of gymnastics and cheer-leading equipment, dance and music studios, including trampolines, tumble tracks (20 and 40 feet), foam pit, cheer area including a full competition spring floor as well and 120 ft of mirrored walls in every studio. The Academy of Gymnastics and Dance offers classes in all disciplines mentioned above, taught by the most experienced staff around. We also have the most comfortable parent viewing areas with , wireless internet, and a full service snack bar and pro shop to meet all of your needs.
